Aside from the basics – choosing a destination and number of guests – you will want to consider other factors. Making sure the villa you are looking at has the right number of bedrooms and is within budget. You can search by location, by the number of bedrooms you require and specify what features your villa must have. Read the property description and list of features to make sure that the property has everything you are looking for.

Our team personally inspect the villas on our website to make sure they offer a certain level of services, the villa actually appears the same as the images online and basically you know you are getting exactly what you pay for. We also handle the communication and our staff speak English and the local languages so there is no miscommunication which can happen when booking an overseas holiday.

Book the villa you want online or tell us what you want and we’ll find the perfect villa for you. Most villas have real-time availability and some allow you to book instantly. If this option is not available for the villa you want, tell us what you are looking for and our villa specialists will check for you.

We will reply to you within 24 hours regarding property questions. You can even call us and we can answer any additional questions you may have and organise other services you require. Our villa specialists know each property well and can help you choose the one that best matches your requirements. If your choice is not available, we will suggest alternatives.

Our rates are the same as booking the property with the owner themselves and you are assured that everything will run smoothly for your holiday.

Once we have verified availability with the villa and you are sure of your choice we will send you an invoice, which outlines all the inclusions of your villa and any other important information about the villa you’ve chosen. Our villas require a deposit at the time of booking (typically 50% of the total) and payment of the balance 60 days prior to your arrival. We have two payment options available: you can pay with any major credit card online via bank transfer.

After payment is received our Concierge Team will confirm your reservation and ensure everything is ready for your arrival. Some villas include return airport transfers for guests arriving and departing on the same flights (minimum 4 night stay required), WiFi and housekeeping staff. We will be happy to organise any special services required. For example we can help plan day trips, spa therapists, children’s equipment, events, restaurant bookings and other ‘must haves’ during your stay.
