Joining Ministry of Villas’ affiliate program is easy and free of charge. You must agree to our Affiliate Agreement when you register and we will review your application. If your application is successful you’ll have access to some of the world’s most stunning villas. Please use the website as a customer would, utilising ‘Be Inspired’ or ‘Search Dates’ functionality. Enter the location, number of guests, budget etc. to narrow down options. When you find a property that you want to promote, simply copy / paste the URL and add your affiliate ID to the end of the link. Our unique ‘Be Inspired’ functionality allows customers to find villas that perfectly suit their specific needs, style and personality. Build your own customised collection of villas and send the custom link to your audience. We have detailed information on every villa displayed and real-time rates and availability.

Yes! We have fully inclusive rates so there are no hidden fees or surprises. How do you track my referrals?
The challenge with tracking bookings for villa rentals is customers often take several weeks (or months) between inspiration and conversion. Ministry of Villas has pioneered a multi-database, multi-device tracking solution that registers the first time a visitor makes contact with our team and reconciles this event with conversions up to six months later, independent of standard cookie-based tracking protocol (which is also used to track visitors across MoV websites).
What is the commission offered?
We offer a commission on all villas, excluding local tax and services. Please note the tax and services can vary depending on the villa – contact our team to learn more about the commission structure.
When is commission awarded?
Commission is awarded to your account after the customer has checked-out of the villa.
When do I get paid?
Ministry of Villas pays affiliates at the end of each month. Your commission owning balance must be greater than USD $100 for a payout.
How do I receive payment?
You can elect to receive your commission payout via international bank transfer (TransferWise) in the currency you prefer or via PayPal.
Do I earn commission on concierge services?
No. Villas are the only commissionable product available at this point in time.
What happens if the customer I refer cancels?
If your customer cancels their booking the commission assigned to that booking will be rejected, according to our Terms & Conditions.
What is Ministry Approved?
All of our villas have been personally inspected and approved by our villa specialists to make sure you customer receives exactly what they have paid for. We aim to make finding the perfect villa for our partners a rewarding and reassuring experience.
