Certain details must match for the guarantee to apply: villa, number of guests, dates, tax and service calculations, inclusions, and booking terms and conditions.
We Confirm
Ministry of Villas will verify the details with the villa owner / property manager. Our Price Guarantee does not apply to misquotes, pricing errors, or after a deposit has been paid.
You’ll receive an email confirming the Price Guarantee once the details are confirmed. Villas can be held for a maximum of 48 hours, so we require a confirmation of booking from you to proceed.
Credit Applied
Ministry of Villas will match the rate and deduct USD $100 from your invoice. Villas usually require a deposit (typically 50% of the total) be paid at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
Our Concierge Team will confirm your reservation and ensure everything is ready for your arrival. In addition to arranging complimentary airport transfers (for selected villas), we will be happy to organise any special concierge services required.
