“Lovely place, great service!”
Stayed in a 2-BR Private Pool Villa with 5 of my friends. Service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel’s transpo service sent us to our daily destinations (Kuta, Legian, etc). They offered to send us to the Money Changer at 10 in the evening. Very helpful, especially when we were looking for driver+van for our daily tours. They also had the initiative to offer to pack/box our breakfast so we can bring it to our 2am trip to Mt. Batur. Everyone’s willing to bend over backwards to help us in every way.
Breakfast menu is limited, villa walls are a bit old (paint chipped), but everything else is A-OK. Lovely stay, very relaxing. Villa is very beautiful :) Worth every penny! Will definitely come back here. :)

“Great value villas”
This was my second stay at Bvilla + pool this year. This time I was traveling with a friend and her seven month old baby. I had initially booked only two nights at Bvilla for this trip but we decided to extend when other accommodation turned out not to be suitable. The reservation staff were very accommodating and had no problem in extending our stay. Our requests for a quiet room and baby cot were heeded and the villa location and baby facilities were great.
I think Bvilla + pool offers fantastic value for money, considering these villas can accommodate up to 4 guests the price per night for a size-able villa with a full pool and breakfast included represents fantastic value for money. Other reviews mention the need for some updating and maintenance and I do agree with this. The size of the villas compared to the cost is rare in Bali these days, with a little maintenance work this property could be world class!
The air conditioner in on of the bedrooms worked much more efficiently than the other, and the shower head in one bathroom needed replacing, the rooms could have done with some additional coat hangers, and there was some water entry (leakage) in the wardrobe area in one room, also the fan in the outdoor living area was not working. Many of these items I did not mention to the staff as they didn’t bother me so much, but i do know from previous experience the staff are quick to attend to problems in the rooms when they are reported.
As usual the staff were friendly and helpful and most kind especially when our flight was significantly delayed, allowing us to extend our check out and use our villa until 1am. Breakfasts were cooked in the villa daily and were prompt and fresh!
All in all this property offers a lot of bang for your buck, but if you are looking for higher end service and villas, stay somewhere else and pay the higher price tag that comes with it! If you want value and location stay at Bvilla :) Will definitely be back again!

“GREAT PLACE”
Just arrived home after staying 10 nights with a group of 19 we had the 5 bedroom and a three
bedroomed villa had the best time, weather could not have been better and the staff at the villas
are excellent always smiling and went out of their way to help us nothing was to much trouble.
Thanks again for everything and will be back in the near future.

“Great villa”
We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa in Feb 2013 for 5 days, nice villa staff very friendly, loved it so much we are going to stay in July with 5 adults so will stay in 3 bedroom villa. We are looking forward to our next holiday. Would recommend these villas. Also new resturant next door very nice meals. Only down size was the heat at this time of year, even though air cond works maybe they could also have a fan in the bedrooms.

“Service is super, place can be better”
We stayed at bvillas and spa for 3 days after staying at a huge resort for 5 days. The stay at the villa was a nice change after having stayed in a resort. This place is conveniently located and is close to the shopping and dining areas.
The team at bvillas is a huge plus point – nice, young, friendly and helpful team. They kind of made up for some of the grievances that we had (cooling of the AC and perpetual stink in the bathroom).
The team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even surprised us with a cake on my husband’s birthday (they picked up the birthday from our passport!)
