Canggu Terrace is a beautiful collection of three two- and three-bedroom villas positioned side by side with glorious views of the rice terraces. All three villas include curated artwork and Indonesian antiques and feature a lagoon pool with a shallow section for the kids. Canggu Terrace offers great value for large and small groups in the most up and coming neighbourhood in Bali.
All three villas can be booked individually or together. When booked separately, guests get absolute privacy, as the villas are fully self-contained. If you book two or three villas together, the property can sleep up to 18 guests.

Two Bedroom Villa
Villa Penari sits at the end of the Canggu Terrace estate and offers panoramic views of the surrounding rice paddies.
The first floor houses a dining room and adjoining kitchen. A spiral staircase leads up to the living room, which houses comfy sofas and flatscreen TV.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and houses a double bed and TV. The master bathroom includes bathtub and a private outdoor shower.
The guest bedroom is located on the upper floor. The room is furnished with a double bed and TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower.
The villa is centred around a gorgeous lagoon-like pool, which spills over to a shallow kids’ pool on a lower level.
Villa Damai
Three Bedroom Villa
Villa Damai sits between Villa Penari and Villa Arza. The ground floor houses the dining room and kitchen and offers access to the lagoon-shaped pool. The spiral staircase leads up to the second-floor living room where you can relax on the generous sofa facing the flatscreen TV.
Villa Damai houses three bedroom: one master suite and two guest rooms. All rooms are positioned to offer views of the pool and rice paddies and include a private balcony each.
The bedrooms are furnished with double beds and include an ensuite bathroom each. The master bathroom also features a bathtub and an outdoor shower.
Villa Arza
Three Bedroom Villa
Villa Arza is located at the other end of the Canggu Terrace complex. The villa houses a six seater dining table and open-plan kitchen on the first floor. The space opens out to poolside views through glass doors. A spiral staircase leads up to the living room, where a spacious sofa sits facing a flatscreen TV.
The villa features a master suite and two guest bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV. The room extends into a private balcony and includes a desk. The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful bathtub and outdoor shower.
The two guest bedrooms are furnished with double beds and feature a TV each. The spacious ensuite bathrooms are furnished with a shower each.
The villa features a free-form pool with a separate shallow section for the kids. The views overlooking the surrounding rice paddies are the stuff of Bali bucket lists.
Canggu Terrace Layout
Canggu Terrace is a versatile property and the layout is great regardless whether you’re traveling with a big group or just your closest family. The three villas sit side by side and share connecting walls. If the villas are booked individually, you’ll be guaranteed absolute privacy, as each villa is fully enclosed and private. If you book two or three villas together, the villas can be accessed through connecting doors in the garden. The villas at Canggu Terrace can accommodate anywhere between 4 and 18 guests.
Canggu Terrace Staff
Our friendly but professional team of staff will look after your every need, be it a cold beer beside the pool, a luxuriant massage after a long day at the beach, or organising a daytrip to Ubud, they will be more than happy to oblige. Come meal times, our chef can whip up almost any cuisine you can think of. Choose from an extensive menu of Western and Asian dishes, or have a chat with the chef if you feel like something celebratory, such as a seafood barbecue feast or the Balinese specialty, babi guling (spit-roasted pig).
Villa Manager
Canggu Terrace’s friendly manager is responsible for the overall operation of the three villas. His job is to oversee and coordinate the staff and property and to assist guests during their stay.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping you didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
Security
Security it’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Two guards provide night-time security.
Canggu Terrace Location
Canggu Terrace is located in a tranquil corner of Canggu, a very hip neighbourhood just north of chic Seminyak. The property is within a 15-minute drive from Echo Beach and the popular beach bars and restaurants of central Canggu. Canggu Terrace takes its name from the verdant rice terraces that surround the property, offering guests sweeping vistas of the “real” Bali. You can reach Seminyak in a 30-minute drive. Canggu Terrace is about an hour away from Bali’s international airport.

“The Best Stay in Bali EVER!”
Our family stayed here during our wedding, we rented out 3 villas and it was just the best thing we had ever done in the whole preparation for our dream beach wedding. The villas were impeccable, service a true 5 star, our family guest’ were really wowed and vowed to stay there whenever we visit Bali! Arrival experience was great, we were welcomed by the whole team. Our rooms were well prepared and the bathrooms were a place you can even take a selfie from as they were well appointed and luxurious. Our butler saw to it that we were comfortable during our stay, he was always ready with all our requests – our food was cooked to perfection all the time at anytime. The whole villa was spotless, best housekeeping by far.
Oh and the view, spectacular rice field that will make you wanna just stare at it. It was also close to the beach where our wedding venue was held. We were provided with two cars during our stay and they were on call and ready to take us anywhere around town. Oh and did I mention the barbeque? My mom celebrated her birthday during our weeks’ stay and again we were truly amazed with the food and selection, it was very generous and most of all delicious. They even had a sommelier which was a plus and only to be found in hotels. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended. We will definitely go back once we visit Bali again! Well done to the management and team!

A truly amazing place that gives everything you need to body and soul. Beautifully set in the middle of the rice fields of Changgu province, Changgu Terrace offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family and friends, a quiet time for creating or just as a peaceful waterhole after great party nights.
The rooms are generous and careful thought has been given to every detail. Laying in bed in the morning looking out over the amazing landscape is just fantastic! The bathrooms are equally generous, airy and light and equipped with everything you need.
Its just such a pleasure to dine at the great sturdy dinner table while overlooking the kids playing in the big pool or just rest your eyes at the hard working people going around their day in the rich rice fields.
Upstairs is a great TV-room, but to be honest we almost spent no time at all there, being to busy relaxing by the pool or seeing everything the Changgu area, Seminyak and Kuta had to offer in ways of food, sightseeing and beach life.
The people working hard to make our stay at Changgu Terrace as pleasant as possible were just amazing, always with a smile on their faces and willing to help out with everything we might think of.
Al in all Changgu Terrace fulfilled my every expectation and more, and this was definitely not our last visit there!

Wow!! These were all that came to mind when we arrived an Canggu Terrace. We are here for our 3rd night and leaving tomorrow.
It has been such a wonderful stay and have thoroughly enjoyed it here!
The villa it self is amazing! We stayed in Villa Penari and It looks exactly as the photos show, the rooms are very tidy, clean and everything is high quality.
Beds are very comfortable and we’ve spent a lot of time poolside on the loungers provided. Huge dining room table and upstairs lounge with additional room, we’ve been staying in the room next to the pool. Also small balconies off each bedroom and also the upstairs lounge.
Nice deep swimming pool and smaller pool at the bottom, very well maintained. Beautiful view of the rice terraces directly outside the villa, so nice just sitting outside and listening to nature. The bathroom is Hughes with 2 showers and a bath, huge vanity and lots of space. Bedrooms have 2 massive wardrobes.
The standout of the villa has to be its staff, you are treated like royalty as soon as you arrive, we were greeted by the villa manager and butler, they work shifts so we had a new butler at lunch times they are so friendly and helpful and will do anything for you. We were really not used to that but they were nothing short of amazing, they open the doors for you out to the verandah in the mornings, serve you meals through the day, you can call them 24/7 if you need anything at all, they serve you drinks, order you a driver, meals, activities, spa treatments anything!
Honestly I could go on and on about this villa, there is nothing I could fault about it. We had a lovely relaxing stay and would so love to come back again! Thank you to all the team at Canggu Terrace!
