East Residence is a luscious tropical estate tucked amidst cascading rice paddies and overlooking a tropical river in Canggu, Bali. The five-bedroom villa is spread across generous gardens and includes a 20-metre swimming pool with a shallow section for the kids. East Residence is ideal for a soul-soothing break from reality with a private spa pavilion and endless tropical vistas. The setting is also perfect for hosting retreats and intimate weddings. The villa is located within 10 minutes of the main shopping and dining hub of Canggu.

East Residence is all about tropical luxury. The villa is designed with a beautiful mix of traditional Balinese style and modern touches and hugged by magical tropical gardens. The huge pool and spa pavilion make the estate ideal for hosting retreats.

Living Room

The open-plan living room overlooks the pool through glass doors. The room houses white sofas and beautifully curated Indonesian art and antiques. The villa also has an open-sided lounge pavilion with an adjoining kitchen and guest powder room.

Dining Room

Next to the living room, the villa’s glass-topped antique dining table seats 10. There’s also an outdoor dining area for 10 guests. The dining room is flanked by a guest kitchen followed by a well-equipped staff kitchen.

Media Room

The villa has an enclosed media room with a modular sofa and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player. The villa also has two iPod docks and a collection of board games and DVDs.

Spa

East Residence has a private spa pavilion with massage beds and a reflexology deck.

Garden & Pool

The villa has a 20-metre long pool which includes a swim-up bar and a shallow section for the kids. There are sun beds and pool furniture on the surrounding deck. The villa is blessed with beautifully landscaped gardens which extend to a flowing tropical river. The river is fenced off for safety and the gardener can open the gate if you wish to explore the river bank. At the edge of the property, you’ll find three covered bales that are perfect for yoga, meditation or simply for stealing away for an afternoon nap.

East Residence has five bedrooms, all with a king-sized bed. There are four bedrooms in the main building and one bedroom in a separate Rainforest Cottage. Two extra beds are available against an additional fee.

East Residence is a five-bedroom villa divided into multiple pavilions across vast gardens. The main building includes the living and dining areas and four bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is housed in a separate garden pavilion. The grounds also include a spa pavilion, open-sided lounge pavilion and a swimming pool with a shallow kids’ section.

Villa Manager

East Residence’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

East Residence includes 24-hour security with guards on rotating shifts. CCTVs are also in operation.

East Residence is in Canggu, Bali. The villa sits in a tranquil part of this trendy neighbourhood, surrounded by rice fields and local village life. The main strip of Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong, which is lined with great restaurants and shopping, can be reached in a short 10-minute drive. The popular surf breaks of Echo Beach and Batu Bolong Beach are less than 15 minutes away by car. East Residence is located about 50 minutes from the airport.
