One Bedroom Villa
The one-bedroom villa, Riverfront villa and Sayan villa have open air living areas with the master bedroom overlooking the swimming pool and looking out over the rice fields. The bathrooms have outdoor showers with large soaking bathtub with Yukata robes and slippers and premium toiletries are complimentary.
Two Bedroom Villa
The two-bedroom villa and River View villa have one king size bedroom and one twin single room. There are 2 bathrooms with outdoor showers and large soaking bathtub with Yukata robes, slippers and premium toiletries which are complimentary. The River-View villa is set on the banks of the Ayung river with relaxing views. The two bedroom villas are a great size and ideal for entertaining family and friends.
Three Bedroom Villa
The Royal Villa is the most opulent of all the villa options. The Royal Villa is a three-bedroom villa with breathtaking views of the Ayung River, rainforest and rice paddies. The ground floor has a large sun deck and swimming pool, adjoined by an open plan living and indoor/outdoor dining area, kitchen, and king size master bedroom. Upstairs you will find another living area, plus two additional guest bedrooms – one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds sleeping nine guests in total.
The Royal Villa is the only villa with a kitchen, all other villa options come without. However you are on holiday so you won’t really need one. Why not enjoy the five star restaurant instead or take advantage of room service and sit back with a glass of wine and relax.

Villa Manager
Four Seasons at Sayan’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Artists have galleries that line the streets and the area consists of talented artists, woodcarvers and silversmiths. There is something about Ubud that creates feeling of well being to, thanks to the spirit, people, surroundings, and cooler climate of Ubud.

“A little piece of Heaven just outside Ubud”
This was the perfect place to end our two weeks of travel in Java and Bali, with 4 restful, luxurious nights in a villa we hardly wanted to leave! From the personal recognition when you arrive to the excellent guides and drivers arranged by the hotel for our explorations to the special rooftop dinner beside the lily pads to the array of massages at the spa and the fascinating guided walk through the rice fields and local village that abut the hotel property, Four Seasons Sayan gets it right. There is a small pool, but it was never crowded. Of note: there are steps, steps and more steps to be climbed wherever you go. They have golf carts to transport you around the facilities, but this is not a great place for someone with mobility issues.

“An oasis”
From the minutes you enter these gates, it was a great experience. Greeted with a Balinese blessing, the staff made you feel welcome an wanted. The managers made an effort to greet each guest and ensure their comfort. The villa was gorgeous and what I thought of as Bali – lush and beautiful. It’s not the largest property so they can focus on service. A great stay!!
