We stayed 5 nights at Hu’u villa for our very first trip to Bali island and we didn’t regret our decision. The 1 bed room pool villa is considered very spacious for 2 adults and we like the bedroom on upstairs as it gives extra privacy especially if one of us taking a nap during the day. The design is minimal chic yet practical which just is our style. The location is perfect in the heart of Seminyak, so it is walking distance to the famous Potato Head and Bambu, also just around the street corner you will find the newly opened Mrs Sippy (which is better than Potato Head in our honest opinion), and also wide range of restaurants bars, and shops when you walk little further. Our compliment to the reception staff who is always attentive and pleasant to talk to. The only down side is the music from Sea Vu Play ends till 1am – guess it is some issue for people who go to bed early. All in all, I would recommend for its value, comfort and convenience.

We have been to Bali 3 – 4 times but this is our first stay with Hu’u Villas. It’s the best villa / hotel I ever stayed in Bali!!! We love their design, very convenient location and absolutely comfortable stay.
It’s 3 days 2 nights in their villas and it’s really relax. Furnitures design = gorgeous. Modern, clean, new, spacious, peaceful, friendly staff & very helpful guiding us to the location we need and also provide several tour services / packages.
They planned for us & we just need to board their MPV and enjoy the rest of the trip. We love their kitchen, bedroom & especially the bathroom, it’s well equipped & extremely convenient. In addition, room equipped with safety box also!! Seldom villas provide this.
Don’t worry about the food & drinks. Villas just located next to hu’u bar & Babas restaurant. Just realised that we went to well known bar in Seminyak Bali on Friday night. We enjoyed & loved the environment very much. I loved the music.
It’s pretty good where they served your breakfast in house. They are attentive and great smiling. We have our breakfast after our swimming session in the morning. WOW, it’s refreshing. They served Western and Asean breakfast. We had our lunch in their Babas restaurant & surprisingly I still can enjoy my lovely peranakan food in Bali while my wife having their local food delights & some western snacks!!! We are just like at home !!! 5 stars as expected.
You can walk to the beach just around 10 – 15 minutes which is quite near for us. Along the journey, you can buy some local product too. Don’t worry about buying some snacks / drinks / etc after their restaurant was close because convenience stores just a few steps outside.

“Absolutely Paradise…”
We have been to Bali numerous times but we have to say hu’u villas is the best of the best villas in Seminyak. Very good & convenient location. We had stayed for 3 nights in a 2-bedroom and our 1st impression was WOW!!! The villa is modern, clean, very spacious, peaceful environment and the villa is well equipped. The beds & pillows are extremely comfortable. We don’t mind staying whole day in our villa, relaxing in this paradise. The staff are very polite, friendly, attentive and always smiling.
The only issue is the hot water supply. Need to let the water run for like 1-2 minutes before the water turn hot. I believe this happens at some other hotels or villas too.
It’s less than a minute walk to the popular hu’u bar because the villas are just at the back of it. And you don’t have to worry about your meals, Baba’s restaurant is situated just within the hu’u bar. We had asked for room service and also had some of our meals at baba’s. The food are wonderful. Oh and the beach is just a 10 minutes slow walk away.
hu’u villas will be our only choice in Seminyak for all our future trips to Bali. Definitely worth the price we paid, no regrets.

“Romantic stay”
Wonderful stay at Hu’us, we loved the one bedroom loft, very modern and clever design of the rooms, very beautiful place, so much Space and so much love in the details. The pool was heavenly as was the upstairs bedroom, the bathroom area and the overall feeling of the loft. The butlerservice was great and the food served in our loft and in baba’s restaurant five star niveau as expected.

“Style.. design.. awesome location”
We were the first guests in our one bedroom loft villa and were ultra happy with our stay. The design/furniture is all gorgeous and some days, we hardly left the villa!
Service is great with all the staff being very special at this hotel. Chris helped us out massively with issues unrelated to accommodation and was very helpful!
As for location – it is my absolute favourite spot in this area. Having previously stayed right in the thick of Jalan Kayu Aya / Eat Street, I thought this was a prime position but its so nice to have the best restaurants near you that are a bit more spaced out and be away from the madness a little bit.
I travel to bali often so have visited many villas – but this takes the cake! On my next trip to Bali I’d like to stay here again for a few nights.

“Checking out the Hu’u!”
I stayed 3 nites at the Hu’u villas in the One bedroom loft unit. It was bright and airy but yet comfortable and chill. A big concern would be the noise coming from the Hu’u Bar when it gets going on the Friday and Sat night but it was a real pleasant surprise that you can’t hear anything when inside the villa when the music is on! Only when you walk outside to the access corridor will you hear the club’s music.
I love that convenience of having the Hu’u Bar at your doorstep-so easy to just call it quits and literally roll into bed next door after a good nite’s partying at the Hu’u.
That plus the added convenience of the location and being so close to all the other good spots in Seminyak-walking distance of course! Which makes The Hu’u Villas a little gem in the heart of Seminyak Bali.
Will definitely be back for more!!
