Three Bedroom Villas
Our stunning 3 bedroom villas cover 344 sqm and are situated on either tropical garden or riverfront surroundings each boasting a stunning private pool. Each with their own ensuites, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, you can request either King Beds or Single/Twin share. Large enough for 6 adults each bedroom boasts either ocean views or stunning views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and Naisoso River.
Downstairs living has impeccable finishes with a full size kitchen, open plan living and dining along with a separate media room. Outdoors you have a full size 42 sqm private pool, sun-loungers and 94 sqm undercover outdoor area including BBQ facilities. Less than 100 metre walk to the beach or river. Villas have Sky TV in both the lounge and media room, double lock up garage, large laundry with outdoor drying area as well as a guest toilet downstairs.

Naisoso Island Location
Less than 100 metre walk to the 2 kilometres of white sand beach or hop across the road to the river for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding or for that private boat charter out to the infamous Fijian waters.

“Nice villa, good for big family celebrations”
We stayed for 3 nites in villa 105 as part of a wedding party. The villas are beautiful, there were 4 big identical bedrooms on top floor, all with balconies, ensuite bathrooms (showers only, no bath), king beds and individual air con units in all 4 bedrooms. Downstairs there was another smaller room with a king bed and TV, no air con and no ensuite. There is a powder room (toilet) downstairs for guests but no full bathroom which is silly as obviously there is a bedroom so ppl were staying there, but they had no place to shower and had to use one of the bathrooms in the rooms upstairs. Poor design there. There was a full laundry and kitchen as well, large outdoor entertaining area and a private pool with sun loungers around it. The pool was good, half of it was steps so good for kids and half was deep for the adults. The kids in the party spent most of the time in the pools. Place was clean and tidy, housekeeping came everyday. Toiletries were not refreshed as we were told villa guests are provided toiletries on arrival and after that it’s up to guests to purchase own toiletries. You are also supposed to wash and dry your own towels as you have a fully functional laundry. But we were there for a wedding and were extremely busy with wedding related functions and preparations so didn’t have the time to do that. Housekeeping were nice enough to wash and dry our towels when they came.
The villas are apart from the resort/hotel, and are self contained mainly. The villas are 10mins from Nadi airport and far from any shops so you do need cars or someone to drive you around. The nearest grocery store is 5mins drive away and is a tiny little shop which doesn’t have much. The bigger grocery shop is 15mins away by car. The villas have a view of the beach, we didn’t go to the beach, friends did and they liked it. It’s a very short walk to the beach. It’s very hard to identify villas as there is no numbers on the front. Most of the area is still under construction and there is a handful of villas and the rest is all empty plots. More villas are being built though. The villas are 20mins drive from Denarau.

“Superb, unique, private luxury villa on beautiful, friendly Fiji”
Myself and family enjoyed the most amazing experience by choosing to stay at Naisoso Island Villas for a weeks break. Starting with the villa I can only repeat what others have stated in their reviews – it is incredible 4 huge bedrooms all equal sizes with walk through robes and en suites. Generous entertainment spaces and a fantastic kitchen. The best part of the house however has to be the excellent outdoor areas and pool – luxury and privacy beyond compare!
As if the villa wasn’t great enough the staff of Naisoso lead by the imminently prepared and competent Sofiya were terrific – our every need was managed effortlessly we wanted for absolutely nothing they were always helpful, available and super efficient. Should also mention that Sofiya’s communication via email in the weeks leading up to our trip was also excellent and really ensured everything was prepared well in advance. The house was serviced every day rigorously by a team of cleaning staff and gardeners lead by the warm and friendly Sere.
It’s true the resort is not yet finished but that posed no problem at all – in fact we preferred it as it was like we were the only ones on the island except when we could bare to drag ourselves away from the villa to explore “real” Fiji. And the exploration of Fiji was made possible via Niasoso staff booking us our incredibly friendly and entertaining driver and tour guide Mohammad Saleem who was with us whenever we asked and provided all the history, insights and current events of Fiji – we were lucky to have met him.
Cant wait to go back and couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone and everyone!

“Fandabidozy”
My husband, myself and son stayed here last week and cannot praise the villa enough. Our son paid for the trip as a gift for me and my husband and what a gift!!!!
The villa is magnificient and has everything you could possibly wish for a nice relaxing break. The pool was clean, warm and so restful.
Sare and the cleaning staff who came everyday were so friendly and interested in us, making us feel so welcome. The resort is still being built and at the moment has no hotel, restaurant or proper reception area so from that point you are a bit isolated however, the proprietor Sophia, is always at the end of the phone and can arrange just about anything you could wish for.
We didn’t hire a car but instead hired almost exclusively, the wonderfully entertaining Mohammed Saleem. He recommended all our outings from restaurants, with fire walkers to an authentic Fijian village. He gave us the complete history of Fiji and the geography of the island. An experience which will stay with us forever.

“Fantastic House with Privacy !”
We stayed at Naisoso over the Christmas Holiday… easily the nicest house we ever rented. The location is stunning, situated between the Bay and a river…spectacular views, sun rises and sunsets. The Resort is still a work in process which means there are many vacant lots and no shops or restaurants within walking distance… but if you are looking for quiet, private, high end relaxation this is the spot.
Nyssa and her staff provide a very attentive concierge service which helps to navigate activities and coordinate transportation.
