One Bedroom Villa
The Dusun one-bedroom villas consist of a single pavilion on 240m2 properties. The main structure includes a comfortable lounge area, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. The private garden includes a 6 x 4m swimming pool and sundeck area.
Three Bedroom Villa
Three bedroom villas consist of 2 pavilions on 650 m2 properties. The main villa has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, lounge area, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. The pool pavilion has one bedroom with bathroom located opposite the main building and 12 meter swimming pool in between.
The Dusun Layout

All Villas feature private entrance, private pool and gardens. Traditional Balinese styles are found in The Dusun’s “Alang Alang” grass roofs and artistic décor. The Dusun Staff
Your stay in The Dusun is made enjoyable by the professional staff. The Dusun’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
The Dusun’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
The Dusun Location
The Dusun is in Seminyak, just on the boarder of Petitenget. The Petitenget area is also host to some of Bali’s Top 5 star restaurants including Potato Head and Luxury Boutique Hotels all set adjacent to a spectacular 10km long sunset beach. The Dusun is located perfectly for those who want to be close to the action but still able to retire to a peaceful and quiet villa setting.

“AMAZING SERVICE AND AMAZING PLACE.”
We stayed in a three bedroom villa with our four adult children and had a fantastic holiday. The service from the staff could not be faulted and with breakfast prepared for you every day all you had to do was jump in the swimming pool for a morning dip. Well layed out villas and all you need for a relaxing break. The attention to detail from the staff was exceptional from breakfast, to rooms being serviced daily, afternoon tea being prepared, and all the other incidentals with spraying for insects and setting up beds for the night. Had a lot of fun and would not hesitate in going back.
