Alfan Villa Living
Life at Alfan Villa is all about relaxing by the pool and enjoying each other’s company in the open-plan living areas. The villas offer a stylish hideaway in the midst of Seminyak’s bustling shopping and dining scene.
Living Room
The open-sided living room is wedged between the two bedrooms, offering each room a sense of privacy. The room offers direct views of the pool and houses a comfortable sofa, art and a CD player.
Dining Room
The dining table sits on a covered terrace by the pool and seats six. Next to the living room is the villa’s well equipped kitchen.
Garden & Pool
The villa’s lush garden is centred around a seven-metre swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and an outdoor dining area.
Alfan Villa Bedrooms
Each Alfan Villa has two bedrooms. Both rooms have queen-sized beds measuring at 180 x 200 centimetres. The two rooms are housed at either side of the living and dining room.

The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV and a semi-open-plan bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Alfan Villa is a complex of three private villas. Each villa has two bedrooms, a private swimming pool and an open-sided living and dining room. The villas can be booked individually or together to create a four or six-bedroom villa for bigger groups.

Your stay in Alfan Villa is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Alfan Villa’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Alfan Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

The estate’s location is ideal for those looking to be in the heart of the action, with Seminyak’s famous Eat Street waiting within a four-minute walk from your doorstep. The villa is tucked in a small lane just off Jalan Raya Seminyak which offers even more dining options and great shopping. The villa is within a 10-minute drive of Petitenget Beach. Alfan Villa is located about 30 minutes from the airport.

“Fantastic”
Recently stayed at the Lodek villas in July, the villa was perfect very clean, modern and spacious. The staff were some of the nicest people I have ever met and were incredibly helpful in making our trip the most enjoyable stay imaginable. I will defiantly be staying at the Lodek villas again when I go back to Bali. There is nothing bad to say about this place it is perfect for small or large groups.

“Amazingly beautiful place to stay.”
I recently stayed at the Lodek villas with a large group of friends and it was an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome time! Lou the hotel manager took us to new clubs, bars and restaurants and local fish markets to make sure we had the best time. All other staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be visiting the villas when I return to Bali and most certainly recommend to stay here to all!!

“Great place to STAY….”
we stayed at Lodek Villa’s for 6 nights and loved every minute of it. the staff there are so friendly and helpfull, the manager even took us out for nights on the town. The villa its shelf was amazing. Nice and big (which was good as there was 12 of us) and very clean. the pool at night looks beauriful.
Loved the out door shower!!!!!!!!!

“Most memorable bali experience”
Recently stayed at Lodek villas with a large group of friends and loved every minute. The overall look and presentation of the villas blew all of us away we really felt like we were in our own little paradise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible time. The manager of the villa Lou made our experience at Lodek. he was so helpful and friendly, took us to new clubs and always made sure we stayed out of trouble he truly was one of the high lights of our stay. I Will be recommending Lodek villas to any one heading to Bali.

“Ill be back!”
Recently had the pleasure of staying here for my first trip to bali with 14 other friends. The photos definately don’t do it justice, everything was just beautiful. When laying around the pool you almost forget about the hussle and bussle on the street, its just so peaceful. Lou, the villa manager and the staff did everything and more to ensure we had a memorable stay and that we did. When i return to Bali i will defiantely pay the Lodek Villas another visit! And would recommend this place to all family and friends travelling to Bali! Thanks for everything Lou!
