It is a lovely private villa complex that combines luxury and comfort with contemporary and traditional touches so as to ensure an exceptional experience for its guests in Bali. The Sanyas Suites is inspired by tropical Balinese courtyard houses and also greatly benefits from its location.

Walking into the one-bedroom deluxe suite, you’ll notice that its interior is carefully designed so that it celebrates the multitude of colours and textures, seamlessly incorporating the elements of local Balinese style and structure.
The one-bedroom suite features a living and dining space, kitchenette, the garden shower and pool. The bedroom comes with a four poster king-size bed as well as an expansive ensuite shower area.
Junior Suite Villa
The one-bedroom junior suite is different from the deluxe, only because it has a bathtub. It features comfortable furnishing designed for rest and relaxation, comprising of large living room, dining area, kitchenette, garden shower and pool.
The bedroom comes with a four poster king-size bed as well as an expansive ensuite shower area.
Honeymoon Suite Villa
For those looking for a little romance in Bali, The Sanyas Suites offers a one-bedroom honeymoon escape. Sip your drink while soaking in the heart-shaped pool, or snuggle on the Balinese inspired couches while watching a movie.
The bedroom comes with a four poster king-size bed as well as an expansive ensuite shower area.
Two Bedroom Villa
Royal Suite Villa
The two-bedroom villa boasts exclusive art work and is made comfortable for families or friends. It has a pool, large living, dining and kitchenette area.
Both rooms have views of the pool, so you can fall asleep while watching the glistening waters every evening. The bathrooms are expansive, adorned with a four-poster king size bed, and come with an indoor, outdoor shower as well as a bathtub.
An iPod dock is also available at Royal Suite.
Executive Suite Villa
The two-bedroom executive suite is tucked in a corner of the complex, boasting two bedrooms across two floors.
It has been designed to showcase the finest of local design with emphasis on hand crafted furniture and hardwood floors. It has a large living area with a bar, dining area, kitchenette and sun deck should you want to catch a tan.
One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor facing the pool, while the other sits on the second floor. The room on the ground level has a king size bed and while the other has a twin bed that can be converted into a double if need be. Both rooms have expansive ensuite bathrooms.

“A little piece of paradise”
Stayed in Junior Suite for 3 nights. Lovely large villa. Great pool. Very private. Breakfast served in villa was good. Room service was good. Staff were fantastic. Handy to other eating places and shopping if required. Beach a bit of a walk but not really needed with the pool. Air conditioning perfect as was very hot in Bali in April. Would definitely stay again. Very romantic place to stay. Very quite area and great place to chill out and relax.

“Safe, convenient and great!”
I stayed in the 2-bedroom suite at the Sanyas for two days and I am very impressed. The villa, albeit close to the hustle and bustle of Petitenget, is tucked in a little corner and is very private. I stayed with another female friend of mine, and we felt extremely safe with the security guards and front desk staff around.
Sanyas is in the perfect location – it’s close to the W and Potato Head (walking distance) and there are many boutiques, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. It also allowed us to walk down to the beach to catch the sunset.
The villa I stayed in was very well maintained, clean and spacious. The bedrooms were luxurious and so were the bathrooms. The bedrooms boasted a 4-poster bed, a TV with international channels a daybed which was perfect for lazy afternoons. It faced the pool and the calming sound of the water did put you to sleep every evening.
The toilets were superb. It was a reprieve having an indoor shower option (there is also an outdoor shower). Its herald by a small garden, and if you’re lucky, tropical birds do swing past to say hello! The bathroom had a dressing area, a WC and ample cupboard space.
The pool area is decent, and has two sunbeds. It was good laying out to catch a tan in the afternoons, or have a drink and chat with friends in the evening.
Breakfast was alright – we had a simple option of eggs, fruit and coffee.
Would very much recommend the 2-bedroom suite to those looking to travel with friends or family.

Fast internet!
I was lucky enough to stay two nights here only 2 weeks ago. We were in the first two bedroom villa on the left as you enter the complex. The private pool villa complex is walking distance to Potato Head and all of the popular shops and restaurants in Seminyak.
In each room we had a desk and chair and a cool day bed. The indoor / outdoor bathroom was massive and both rooms were equal in size so ideal for two couples. The other thing that really surprised me was the internet speed. It was perfect for Skype calls and didn’t drop out at all. So for those who need to work while abroad this villa is perfect.
The property includes breakfast daily from 7am (perfect as I’m an early bird). You can choose from eggs cooked anyway served with bacon, bread basket, freshly squeezed juice, cereal or Indonesian style. Tea and coffee is also available.

“Perfect for total indulgence.”
My hubby and I stayed here for 8 days. We were looking for a holiday of relaxation as we were leaving 2 small kids at home with their grandparents. We walked into total perfection in terms of what we were looking for. Private pool, luxurious bedroom (king bed) and all the extras you could need… small kitchenette, spa, 2x showers and your own “lounge and dining” rooms. It was all so beautifully presented. The staff there are amazing and friendly, happy to help with any need.
Located not too far from good shopping and easy access leading up into the hills. We LOVED our stay here and would recommend it to anyone :)
