Villa Puri Bawana is a stunning Balinese style villa with a great location in trendy Canggu, offering a fabulous setting for weddings and celebrations amidst verdant rice paddies.

Villa Puri Bawana allows you to experience the authentic beauty of Bali while still bringing you close to the action in the trendy neighbourhood of Canggu. Hugged by cascading rice paddies and decorated with authentic Balinese touches, Villa Puri Bawana includes gorgeous water features and a mesmerising 30-metre swimming pool. Thanks to its beautiful surroundings and artful décor, Villa Puri Bawana is an ideal venue for hosting weddings and other celebrations. The designated bunk bedroom, Nintendo Wii and table tennis will make little travellers feel right at home. Villa Puri Bawana is located just off Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong, a trendy strip lined with great restaurants and leading down to the beach.

Villa Puri Bawana is divided into three thatched-roof pavilions, each accessed by covered walkways which join the buildings though landscaped gardens and tropical water features. The living areas and bedrooms offer a luxurious take on traditional Balinese aesthetics and offer a grand setting for indulgent holidays and special celebrations.

Living Room

Villa Puri Bawana’s grand open-sided living room is modelled after a traditional Balinese wantilan meeting hall. This impressive space sets the tone for the whole estate and comes furnished with ample sofas, ottomans and an antique daybed.

Dining Room

Villa Puri Bawana’s dining table is housed in its own open-sided pavilion and can seat up to 14 guests. Attached to the dining pavilion is the villa’s show kitchen which is followed by a separate service kitchen.

Media Room

Villa Puri Bawana’s large air-conditioned TV lounge is located on the ground floor of the dining pavilion. This room is furnished with a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, surround sound and a Nintendo Wii console.

Garden & Pool

Villa Puri Bawana features a spectacular 30-metre swimming pool with curves following the shapes of the surrounding rice fields. At one end of the pool is a shallow wading section for the kids and at the other, you’ll find a shaded bale gazebo. The pool area is dotted with sun loungers and there are multiple scenic gazebos tucked into the gardens, including a massage pavilion with two massage beds. Villa Puri Bawana’s vast lawns are ideal for hosting weddings for up to 100 guests.

Villa Buri Bawana has six bedrooms. Five rooms have king-sized beds, one of which can be converted into two single beds if needed. The sixth room is a kids’ bunk room with five single bunk beds. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, one bedroom is housed on the upper floor and the bunk bedroom is housed on a lower floor.

Villa Puri Bawana is a six-bedroom villa that’s divided into multiple pavilions spread out across the estate’s vast gardens. The living pavilion is located at the centre of the property, flanked by the dining pavilion on the right-hand side. On a lower floor, you’ll find the kids’ bunk room. To the left of the living pavilion sits a two-storey pavilion with a bedroom on each floor. Next to this pavilion is another building with two bedrooms. The master bedroom is located in its own pavilion next to this building.

Set amidst neatly maintained gardens that are bordered by a tropical river and rice fields, Villa Puri Bawana is full of beautiful features that make this villa the ideal wedding venue. It is recommended that events be planned for the dry months (from April to September) as the event space is uncovered. Caterers should set up freestanding bars if required; these bars are not authorised to be placed on the lawn. Fireworks, lanterns and balloon release are not permitted. Event organisers should be off-site an hour before the event starts but are allowed one hour for loading. Guest parking is available for arrival and departures. Ministry of Villas can recommend expert event organisers, florists, decorators and caterers so you can focus on relaxing and celebrating with your guests.

Villa Puri Bawana is located in the very trendy neighbourhood of Canggu in Bali, Indonesia. The villa offers a fabulous location surrounded by rice fields and overlooking a tropical river just off hip and happening Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong. This is a bustling strip which has fast evolved into Canggu’s unofficial Eat Street. Leading down to the surf beach of Batu Bolong, the street is lined with cool restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife venues. You can reach the beach and cool beachfront venues like Old Man’s and The Lawn in a quick five-minute drive. Villa Puri Bawana is located about one hour from the airport.
