Villa Sky House Living
The villa is designed to bring out the best aspects of a tropical surrounding and its beautiful Bali style doorway reflects this design.
Living Room
On the ground floor you will find a large open plan living room with a kitchen with a European design. The sliding doors open to a private swimming pool that in turn is surrounded by a small garden.
Dining Room
The kitchen has a stove and gas oven as well a microwave and more in the kitchen. The dining table is made from solid wood and the table has six rattan armchairs which are strategically positioned in front of the windows to allow you to view the surrounding area.
Media Room
The entertainment / media room lies within the family suite and is a very important part of Sky House villa. It has the latest entertainment system and it also has a library that is stocked with interesting books and a few albums. This part of the villa also has a uniquely designed coffee table made from wood. The library cabinet is truly impressive. In addition, a few bean bags are placed around to help you and your family members enjoy the home cinema from different parts of the entertainment / media room.
Garden & Pool
Around the pool is a pool deck and poolside lounge with inbuilt sofas. There is also an excellent forty-six inch television screen with home theater system that allows you to be entertained in the open spaces. A guest toilet with shower has wooden doors that are made in true Bali style. These doors are also embellished with gold colored carvings.
Villa Sky House Bedrooms
Villa Sky House is large enough to house up to six people. However, its special construction means that it is better suited for four adults and two children. Villa Sky House has a family suite comprising of a bedroom and a room for entertainment. This extra room has a foldable sofa. This room can be converted into an extra bedroom if needed. You can hire an extra bed or baby cot for a nominal fee. The two suites take up the major part of the first floor of Villa Sky House and each suite also has its own balcony.
Master Bedroom
The master suite is extra-large and has floor-to-ceiling French doors and the ceiling is a traditional style wooden dome while the flooring is laminated. The master bed measures two meters by two meters and the bedroom also has an armchair with ottoman and a reading lamp. The forty-seven inch flat screen TV has a home theater sound system while the en-suite bathroom connects to a large walk-in wardrobe. There is enough room in the family suite to accommodate a family consisting of two adults and two children.
Guest Bedrooms
Each bedroom has its own comfy King Koil mattress, fine linen and a pair of pillows for each guest. Bathrobes and soft towels are supplied, as well as hair dryers and toiletries. Villa Sky House also provides special fragrances of shampoo and shower gel as well as bath foam. Each wardrobe also has its own safety box.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chauffeur
A chauffeur will provide you with the ultimate experience! A car and driver can be a great way to explore you holiday destination. Villa rates include complimentary car and driver is on stand-by for up to eight hours of complimentary guest use (excluding petrol).
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

A COMFORTABLE VILLA
A comfortable Villa, with a lovely pool offering shade and sun. Having arrived here after spending 5 nights at Villa Anggrek in Seminyak, this Villa however, proved to be too remote for our Family. Although a driver is available, in our experience, their services needed to be booked well in advance, so he was not there onsite ready to take you where you wanted to go at a moment’s notice. There was nothing nearby that you could walk to.
The 3 bedrooms is not entirely accurate, it is 2 bedrooms, 1 of which leads onto a lounge/movie room (there is no door separating the two spaces) with 2 sofas – presumably these can be made up as beds. As our girls had come from a Villa where they shared a bed, they were happy to do the same here so it didn’t prove to be an issue for us.
Probably due to the time of year, the surroundings were very dry and not the beautiful green views depicted in these photos. Unfortunately a lot of construction was going on across the road in what appeared to be a new development – we managed to drown out the rockbreaker with our tunes! The long sofas in the deck area adjacent to the pool have been replaced with a bench seat and a couple of individual chairs – not quite as comfy.
Ketut was our Butler/Housekeeper with Nyoman the Housekeeper/Caretaker. Their English seemed limited so communication was difficult. They did cook an amazing Seafood BBQ on our last night served on the rooftop which was delicious. Breakfast is an additional cost, they will shop and prepare it for you, unfortunately in our experience it wasn’t quite as good as our previous Villa. Delivery menus from nearby restaurants are provided and the staff will arrange for you. We were not given any info in terms of in-Villa massage services, though I am sure if you enquired they would be available.
The technology in the Villa is excellent, Wifi was poor but we found that was the case in most places.
We enjoyed an afternoon/evening at Sundara (a 15 minute drive away) with a beautiful setting on Jimbaran Bay – an infinity edge pool, delicious food and good cocktails – a booking is recommended.
All in all, a comfortable Villa in a remote location, so if sun soaking & swimming is all you want then this could be the Villa for you.

What a great experience it was being spoiled by the Budi and his crew. Budi’s nasi goring was not only the tastiest but the most beautifully presented I have ever experienced. One night, with the help of an additional chef we had a very special BBQ banquet while watching the sunset from the roof top garden. This roof top area is great for sunbathing and relaxing on the large bale which has a great sound system. I would definitely recommend Sky House for a relaxing retreat.

This villa is beautifully presented and very spacious.
The staff were all excellent, spoke good English and were extremely helpful. Budhi the butler cooked delicious breakfasts and we also enjoyed a great dinner from the private chef served on the rooftop. The rooftop pavilion is an absolute delight in the evenings with glorious views – made even better by the cocktails that our butler prepared!It was our anniversary during the stay and we were delighted to arrive home that night to find that the villa had been romantically decorated for us. A very special personal touch that we really appreciated.
The pool was a good size and had a good combination of sun and shade. it was great to be able to step just outside the door and into the pool. It was also very convenient to have an indoor area just off the pool that was had wooden decking so that we could dry off and relax there without messing up the rest of the house with drippy wet feet.
If you want a private and relaxing holiday away from it all this is the place. If you want to go shopping and eating in restaurants every day then you would need to use the driver a lot.
