Villa Surya is a 3-bedroom private villa situated in the 100 hectare Bali Nirwana Golf Resort perfect for golf enthusiasts.

Villa Surya is a luxurious villa where the traditional Bali architecture meets the contemporary in a breathtaking location within a world-class golf resort. The three-bedroom Villa Surya sits on the expansive 100 hectare Bali Nirwana Golf Resort surrounded by manicured gardens and a stunning view of the Indian Ocean and of course the golf course designed by Greg Norman.

The fully air-conditioned living and dining areas offer comfort and relaxation with their modern design, contemporary features and tasteful furnishings.

Living Room

The living area has a plasma TV with hooked-up DVD/CD players, iPod speaker and high-speed wireless internet access. The villa has an extensive selection of DVD titles to choose from. Guests are sure to enjoy these in-room entertainment features while curled up comfortably in the room’s cozy sofa.

Dining Room

In the fan-cooled upstairs pavilions, guests can take in stunning views of the world-class golf course and the Indian Ocean. With scattered cushions and a daybed for ultimate relaxation, the pavilion also features an 8-seater dining table great for entertaining.

Garden & Pool

For easy access around the stunning 100 hectare golf resort, guests staying at Villa Surya have access to a four-seater golf buggy. Complimentary access to the resort swimming pools, slides, fitness center, sauna, tennis and squash courts is also available.

Villa Surya is a three bedroom villa with one master bedroom and two guest bedrooms that are tastefully decorated.

Master Bedroom

The spacious master bedroom downstairs has marble flooring and is furnished with a comfortable king-size four poster bed protected by a mosquito net. The room also has bedside tables and a lazy chair. Other amenities include a flat screen TV with cable connections, IDD telephone and a fax machine. The lovely marble en-suite bathroom has an oversized sunken bathtub, double vanity and separate shower and toilet. Open the sliding doors and see the inviting plunge pool and the relaxing bale bengong.

Guest Bedrooms

The second and third bedrooms are located on the second level of the villa, both with en-suite bathrooms and large cupboard space for all the shopping. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed flanked by elegant side tables. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has access to the spacious balcony.

The three-bedroom Villa Surya sits on the expansive 100 hectare. The fully air-conditioned living and dining areas with fully equipped kitchen offer comfort and relaxation with their modern design. In the fan-cooled upstairs pavilions, guests can take in stunning views of the world-class golf course and the Indian Ocean. The villa has fully trained staff, including housekeepers, cook, gardener, pool attendant and gardener. 24 hour security is provided by Nirwana Bali.

Villa Manager

The villas experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand 24 hours a day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. 24 hour security is provided by Nirwana Bali.

Villa Surya guests are free to use the four-seater golf buggy to explore the sprawling golf resort. The villa is only 45-minutes away from the international airport and 45 minutes to the cosmopolitan shopping and dining area of Seminyak.
