On The Edge Volcano Viewing and Bear Feeding
Take yourself literally to the edge as you are picked up from your villa and whisked off to traverse the sides of Mt Usu’s volcanic crater. Continue the adrenaline rush with a visit to the nearby bear park to feed the bears, and then take a break to enjoy a feast along the beautiful Lake Toya before visiting the island within it.
Ministry of Villas will arrange for an up-close-and-personal visit of Mt Usu, Hokkaido’s most active volcano, via a ropeway with a view of the crater. Then head to Showashinzan Bear Park and feed the baby brown bears! Followed by lunch and tasting the famous ice cream at Lake Toya’s Lakeside restaurant. Before leaving, head for a visit to Nakajima, the island in the middle of Lake Toya.
