Villa Anyar is a beautiful five-bedroom villa tucked into the relaxed Umalas neighbourhood sandwiched between Seminyak and Canggu.
Stepping through the villa’s gate brings you to a large garden and beautiful pool. The villa feels very private and the rice paddy views are to die for. Villa Anyar can also host intimate weddings and other celebrations.
The villa itself is spread over three floors and has a rustic plantation mansion feel to it. Think full wraparound balconies, cool tiled floors and evenings spent out on the patio, listening to the tropical night wrap itself around the villa.
The rice paddy views you get from the upper floors are unreal. It feels like gazing out at a timeless Balinese village – but instead, you’re just minutes from the hottest new restaurants and beach clubs of Canggu and Seminyak.

Sleeping Under the Same Roof
Villa Anyar has five bedrooms, all located under the same roof, which is a great setup for families.
Four of the rooms have king-sized beds and one room has two single beds which can be converted into a king if needed.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One room is on the first floor next to the open-plan living room. The fifth bedroom is on the top floor, reached by a private spiral staircase.
All rooms have a TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The master bathroom also includes a gorgeous garden bathtub!
Fully Staffed Villa
Villa Anyar is fully staffed so you really won’t need to lift a finger during your holiday! Anyar Estate has a total team of 14 staff members.
Besides the villa manager and housekeeping, the estate’s staff includes two cooks for those days when you prefer to dine in at the villa. The cooks are on site between 8am – 4pm and available after hours for an additional fee.
There’s also a great sense of security at Villa Anyar, as the villa is guarded by two security guards during the night.
Goldilocks of Locations
Villa Anyar is in Umalas. This laid-back neighbourhood is nestled between up-and-coming Canggu and ever-popular Seminyak and has long been favoured by long-time Bali expats.

So Umalas itself is charming. But Villa Anyar is also conveniently close to Seminyak and Canggu. The villa sits close to a shortcut lane which brings you to Canggu’s best restaurants and Finns Recreation Club in less than 10 minutes.
In the other direction, Seminyak is about 15 minutes away by car. Here, you’ll have your pick of the best dining, shopping and beach clubs on the island!
