15 Wharf Street Living
15 Wharf Street provides all the holiday essentials, including a large pool lounge and bar area that open up on to the carefully trimmed lawn. Of course, it wouldn’t be Australia, if there wasn’t a BBQ right by the pool! Within the villa, the guests will find a fully connected digital entertainment system, plenty of chilling and entertainment space to accommodate all visitors.
The villa’s living space is spread across both levels of the property, with the main entertainment area adjoining the open-plan kitchen and dining area up on the first floor. This space has two large sofas and comfortable lounge chairs sitting next to a large veranda easily accessible through sliding doors. A set of stairs leads to the ground floor reception with a large flat screen TV facing beautiful dark brown sofas.
The dining area located at the back of the top floor living area offers all the necessary cooking and dining amenities with a comfortable breakfast bar separating the two.
Garden & Pool
15 Wharf Street offers plenty of outdoor space with a huge carefully maintained lawn to the side of the villa perfect for a casual kick about or just an afternoon lie down. Just in front, you will find the beautiful teak deck with plentiful seating provided by the sun loungers as well as a casual dining table, which sit adjacent to the designer triangle of the swimming pool. Fronted by the mature coconut grove in front, it offers a stunning, picture perfect setting for hosting private events.

15 Wharf Street has four bedrooms. Three rooms have king-sized beds and one room has two single beds. There is one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the ground floor.
The first bedroom is located on the first floor close to the living room. This room has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

15 Wharf Street’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
