Great stay, would absolutely recommend
Buy own mosquito kohl for outside use, works perfectly and you can enjoy your lovely outside area, view of the stars and private pool.
Great for family with kids. Big shared pool with fantastic view connecting to the woods, palm trees.

Peaceful and relaxing
My friend and I recently had a 5 day ‘girls trip’ to Bali for the first time. Adiwana Arkara met our brief perfectly on paper and we weren’t disappointed. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with a private plunge pool. We both thought that this place would be perfect for honeymooners.
Pros – extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful scenery/surrounds (think luscious green rice paddies with mountains), private and quiet, close to Yoga centre (5min walk), comfortable king-sized beds in both rooms, massive bathroom with all amenities (toiletries, hairdryer etc), plenty of bottled water provided daily, air-con, spacious, free shuttle to monkey forest, reasonable cost for what you get, rotating breakfast menu so lots of options to try (both western and local cuisine). Did I mention super friendly, welcoming staff?
Cons/opportunities: if you want to be in the Ubud center it’s quite a walk but the free shuttle gets you most of the way; the pool light stays on at night which lit up our downstairs villa (however we spoke to the manager and he was very receptive and explained they were considering a solution), there is a whole kitchen with an oven/stovetop but not many cooking utensils if you did want to cook (not that we did, but was an observation).
Special shout out to our new friend Eka who took the time to teach us some simple Balinese phrases over breakfast.
Would definitely stay here again – might bring the family next time as the 2-bed villa would be plenty of room for 4 ppl.

Lovely villas and great place to stay
Gorgeous Villas, super clean and great size. We stayed in a villa with a private pool. We didn’t use the pool all that much – mainly because we were out and bout on day trips for most of our stay. plus we had quite a bit of cloud so pool wasn’t the warmest.
Breakfast every day in our villa was gorgeous.
Only downside to this place we would say is the location – lovely and tranquil but a little off the beaten track and far out from Ubud centre. Not walking distance to many bars or restaurants so we had to have a car every evening take us and pick us up from evening meals in the centre. Not too much hassle and only a few pounds each way, but if we went back to Ubud we would definitely stay closer to the centre. Think there is Adiwana hotel nearer the monkey forest which is a lot closer to the centre.
