Akara Villas 1 is contained within a protective wall and leafy palm trees. Entering through the private gate, you’re greeted by the pool on the right and the open-plan living and dining area on the left. Both bedrooms are located poolside. The villa has a classic design with natural tones and traditional alang-alang ceilings.

Living Room

The living room houses an L-shaped sofa and matching white armchairs facing a flatscreen TV. The living room overlooks the pool through glass doors, which can be left open or closed to relish the AC.

Dining Room

The open-plan living room houses a round wooden dining table surrounded by four matching chairs. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a Saeco coffee maker.

Garden & Pool

Akara Villas 1 features a generous swimming pool with three steps leading down to the deep end. The poolside deck offers chic sun loungers and a parasol. For a good portion of the day, the pool area isn’t exposed to direct sunlight, making this villa ideal for those shying away from too much sun exposure.

Akara Villas 1 has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms are located side by side next to the pool.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay. Please note that Akara Villas’ butlers work on a room service basis, meaning they are only present at your villa when requested and not stationed at the villa at all times.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
