Lake Views at Aspen House is an elite property built in a stunning spot overlooking Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown, New Zealand. The villa is sleek and modern in its design, with full-wall windows used throughout to maximise the sublime views. The huge windows give the upper-floor living areas a grand feel, with a stone fireplace and leather furniture adding to the opulent feel. The living area is fluidly adjoined by a courtyard that’s tailor-made for entertaining, with a barbecue, log fire, dining area and a hot tub (there’s also a sauna to keep you nice and relaxed). The four bedrooms are fresh and modern, fitted with flatscreen TVs and ensuite bathrooms and framed by the villa’s signature full-length windows. Lake Views at Aspen House offers prime access to the dining and shopping of Queenstown and the skiing and golfing waiting just beyond.

The interiors are elegant and modern, with a focus on natural materials, whether in the leather furniture or in the stunning stone fireplace which dominates the living areas.

Living Room

The living room is positioned on the villa’s upper floor, with full-wall windows framing sublime views of the lake and mountains. An arrangement of leather sofas and armchairs surround a statement piece fireplace, with a wall-mounted TV offering added entertainment when the majestic views alone are not enough. Another great place to entertain or simply to relax with the family is the courtyard with its dining and barbecue facilities and hot tub. For further entertainment, there is a separate TV room with a smart TV, surround sound and a Blu Ray player.

Dining Room

The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room, with a dark wood dining table ideally positioned next to full-wall windows looking out to the sublime scenery. The same space includes a sleek kitchen fitted with all the necessary appliances, with a bar tucked to the opposite side of the room. You can also enjoy meals outside on the terrace or in the courtyard, where a wooden dining table is flanked by a barbecue.
