BAAN FLORA

Baan Flora is beachfront Thai villa resting just a few feet from a white sand beach and the turquoise sea. Located on the south-eastern coast of Koh Samui at the Shiva Samui estate, the villa is set in large landscaped gardens with spacious sundecks and a large private swimming pool. The four-bedroom villa has a turquoise pool surrounded by a white sun deck, channelling the luxurious aesthetics of the Greek isles. Guests at Baan Flora have access to all Shiva Samui resort facilities, including dining outlets, kids’ club and spa.

Baan Flora mixes Thai design with sleek European influences. The white and turquoise pool area is pure Greek, while the indoor spaces include thoughtful Thai touches. Guests of Baan Flora will have complimentary access to the Shiva Samui Clubhouse that includes a tennis court, spa, restaurant, fitness center and open-air sports and games room.

Living Room

The living room has woven sofas and soft cushions facing a TV with a DVD player. The room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, meaning tropical views a plenty.

Dining Room

The dining room sits conveniently between the lounge and kitchen areas. The glass-topped dining table is surrounded by six water hyacinth chairs.  There’s a second dining table for eight under the outdoor sala. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences for food preparation, including large fridge/freezer and microwave oven.

Garden & Pool

The villa has a beautiful turquoise pool divided into sections and featuring a shallow end perfect for kids. The pool includes a covered sala which appears to be floating atop the pool. There’s also plenty of room for suntanning on the white poolside deck. The pool overlooks the white sand beach, which you can reach in a few easy steps.

Baan Flora houses four bedrooms which can accommodate up to eight guests. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes, including a personal safe. There is also a large en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

Guest Bedrooms

The second bedroom houses a queen-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. This room is accessed from the dining room.

Two guest bedrooms are housed in a guest suite. You can access the suite through the living room or by a separate entrance. One bedroom features two twin beds and the other houses a queen bed, creating the ideal setting for families.

Your stay in Baan Flora is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Baan Flora’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Villa Manager

Baan Flora’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

Baan Flora’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Baan Flora is located in Laem Set, Koh Samui. The villa is part of the Shiva Samui estate, which houses a beach club, kids’ club, dining options and spa. Guests at Baan Flora enjoy direct access to the beach which boasts white sands and clear blue waters. There are also a few restaurants lose by, including Baanlamom Thaifood Restaurant where you can sample authentic local cuisine. Baan Flora is located 40 minutes from Koh Samui’s airport.
