BAAN LEELAVADEE

Baan Leelavadee is an island holiday home set in Laem Set on the south-eastern coast of Koh Samui. The three-bedroom villa follows the design of a traditional Thai estate but mixes in more than a few western luxuries. The villa has a sumptuous swimming pool and modern entertainment systems. Baan Leelavadee is tucked into one of the less traveled areas of Samui island —you may just feel like you have this tropical paradise all to yourself!

Baan Leelavadee is the perfect example of a modern Thai villa. The villa features tiled roofs and wooden floors in true tiles, while the flatscreen TVs and smooth WiFi as well as the inviting pool are pure modern decadence.

Living Room

The living room features brown sofas and home entertainment systems including satellite television, DVD player and a compact sound system.

Dining Room

The modern dining area has a table seating up to six guests. The well-equipped kitchen sits close to the dining area.

Garden & Pool

The villa features a pristine swimming pool and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining.You can catch rays on the sun beds or enjoy the shade on the covered terrace. The villa is surrounded by a lush garden.

Baan Leelavadee houses three bedrooms which can sleep up to eight guests.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom houses a king-sized bed and an in-room safe. The ensuite bathroom is furnished with a bathtub and shower.

Guest Bedrooms

One guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the other includes two twin beds. Both rooms have their own ensuite bathroom furnished with a shower.

Baan Leelavadee is set in a lush garden, which provides privacy from the outside world. The villa sits facing the pool, with the living and dining areas overlooking teh poolside area though glass doors. There are three bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, one queen and one twin room.

Your stay in Baan Leelavadee is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Baan Leelavadee’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Villa Manager

Baan Leelavadee’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

Baan Leelavadee’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Baan Leelavadee is located in Laem Set, Koh Samui. The villa sits just two minutes from Samui Beach Village, which means you’re also right by the beach. This stretch of white sand is never crowded, meaning you can indulge in a private desert island experience. There are also a few great restaurants in Laem Set, including The Fisherman’s Outlet and Hemingway’s On the Beach. Baan Leelavadee is located 35 minutes from the airport.
