Located just 50 metres from the beach, the four-bedroom villa has a gorgeous free-form pool and an open-air Jacuzzi promising pure tropical bliss. The villa has a sunny design with white walls and modern furniture and offers all the comforts of a modern holiday home.

Living Room

The living room offers views of the pool through glass doors. The room houses plush leather sofas and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and DVD player.

Dining Room

Set outside by the pool, the teakwood dining table can seat up to eight guests. The villa includes a well-equipped kitchen.

Garden & Pool

The villa has a beautiful lagoon shaped swimming pool which faces the secluded beach beckoning just 50 metres from the villa. The pool is adjoined by an open-air Jacuzzi and surrounded by sun beds and parasols.

Baan Sabai has four bedrooms which can sleep up to 10 guests.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Guest Bedrooms

Two guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and one room has two single beds. All rooms include an ensuite bathroom.

Baan Sabai is a four-bedroom villa set some 50 metres from the beach in Lae Set. The villa is spread over one floor with the living room overlooking the pool through glass doors. The villa has one king-sized bed, two queens and one room with twin beds.

Villa Manager

Baan Sabai’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

Baan Sabai’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Baan Sabai is located in Laem Set, Koh Samui. This is a tranquil area of Koh Samui, so you’ll have plenty of privacy far away from the bustling crowds. The Santiburi Country Club, with its PGA approved course, is about a thirty-minute drive from the villa. Guests at Baan Sabai can reach a beautiful white sand beach in a short 50-metre stroll. Baan Sabai is located some 40 minutes from the airport.
