BAAN SANTISUK

Baan Santisuk is a sublimely luxurious villa located in Kamala, Phuket. Perched on a tropical hill away from the crowds, the five-bedroom villa offers some of the best views of the Andaman Sea you’ll find anywhere on the island. The villa’s infinity pool is the best possible spot for taking in those views. The villa has a private gym and gorgeous open-air bathrooms – one even houses an alfresco Jacuzzi. Baan Santisuk is flanked by a white sandy beach on either side and you can reach the beach easily on foot.

Baan Santisuk is stretched over a vast area and overlooks the Andaman Sea. The entire villa is furnished with modern and sophisticated furniture. From outside the villa is covered in lush greenery, and indoors you will find different varieties of flowers scenting the environment. There’s plenty of room to relax both indoor sand outside by the pool. The open-plan layout and vast windows allow you to make the most of the views.

Living Room

The living room is a brightly lit space with modern rattan furniture and tasteful Thai antiques. The sitting arrangement allows you to have an excellent view of sea from one side through a glass wall, from the second side a door opens into the garden. There’s also a door opening right to the infinity pool.

Dining Room

Typical to the tropics, the villa offers a choice between indoor and outdoor dining. Sit indoors and enjoy your food in a brightly lit dining room, or dine alfresco under the exquisitely built sala with the sounds of the ocean playing in the background.

Media Room

Baan Santisuk has a multipurpose media room. It is equipped with a large screen projector and hi-fi sound system; bring your iPod or DVDs to enjoy your favourite movies. The room can also be used as a kids’ room if needed.

Gym

The villa houses a well-equipped gym with equipment including a running machine, cross trainer and weights.

Garden & Pool

Baan Santisuk’s outdoor is adorned with lush green garden and an infinity pool. Two sun decks and two salas are ideal for spending an evening enjoying your favourite drink and gazing out at the epic ocean views.

Baan Santisuk features five bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms.

Baan Santisuk is a hillside property spread over two levels. The villa’s infinity pool sits right at the edge of the property, providing splendid vistas of the Andaman Sea. The living areas have a breezy open-plan layout and the bedrooms have huge windows, allowing guests to make the most of the views. The villa’s media room can be converted into a bedroom for children if needed.

Villa Manager

Baan Santisuk’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Baan Santisuk is located in Kamala, Phuket. The villa offers convenient access to Patong’s legendary nightlife, but still maintains absolute privacy and tranquility, perched high on the hills. Patong’s main hub is just a 10-minute drive away. The villa is fringed by two white sand beaches, which are easily reached on foot. Phuket’s best golf courses can be reached in a 20-minute drive. Baan Santisuk is located some 40 minutes from the airport.
