Baan Tawan Bophut offers the warm welcoming ambiance of a home away from home. Finished in soft, neutral colours, it is easy on the eye with just an occasional splash of colour not to ever feel dull. The villa is laid out facing the well-size swimming pool and benefits from ocean front views stretching beyond the comfortable sun loungers.

Living Room

Baan Tawan Bophut’s living area opens up to the swimming pool through sliding doors providing plenty of light and air. The sitting area at the front of the room has a large three seat sofa facing a flatscreen TV. There is a second sofa and two comfortable lounge chairs with a glass coffee table in the middle of the room.

Dining Room

Just behind the sitting area you will find a formal dining table that can seat six guests and a passage way that leads to the villa’s kitchen and breakfast bar facilities. The kitchen includes a full-sized fridge, hob, and plenty of storage space.

Gym

Baan Tawan Bophut comes with a treadmill and elliptical machine that sit facing the garden.

Garden & Pool

Baan Tawan Bophut has a classically finished swimming pool fronting the property with comfortable rattan sun loungers set facing south, guaranteeing you that unmistakable tropical glow. There’s also a casual dining table with a large umbrella providing just enough shade to hide you from the scorching afternoon sun.

As you step further, you will find an elevated gazebo set up for alfresco meals with panoramic views over the island and beyond. It adjoins the lush garden filled with exotic plants and flowers and plenty of lawn space for kids to play or for you to do a spot of yoga.

Baan Tawan Bophut has three bedrooms which can sleep up to eight guests.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and flatscreen TV and provides access to the poolside patio through sliding doors. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and provides separate access to the large family bathroom.

Guest Bedrooms

The two guest bedrooms are furnished with a king-sized bed each. Both rooms have their own bathrooms. One bathroom is furnished with a shower and the other is a large family bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.

Baan Tawan Bophut is a three-bedroom villa. The villa is accessed through the private carport, which brings you directly to the swimming pool. From the pool, double doors lead into the living and dining area flanked by the kitchen. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a king-sized bed, with the master suite offering direct access to the poolside terrace. Though offering great hillside views, the villa is set on a flat plot and occupies a single level. Baan Tawan Bophut can also be booked as a two-bedroom option.
