Villa Bougainvillea
Layout
The grounds of Villa Bougainvillea is ‘L-shaped’ with a spacious swimming pool framed by gardens and a beautiful shaded sala. The living and dining areas are housed in a pavilion closest to the pool, while the four bedrooms are tucked to the back of the garden. Three bedrooms (two with king beds, one with twins) are housed in the same pavilion, while the fourth king-bedded room occupies its own pavilion.

Your stay in Villa Bougainvillea is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Bougainvillea Villa’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Bougainvillea’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
Miskawaan Villas’ skilled Thai chefs will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favourites off their in-villa menu. Breakfast is complimentary every morning until 10:30am. An extensive villa dining menu is provided for guests to use in ordering meals, which is based on set pricing. We prepare the majority of the meals in your villa kitchen. Additionally, if you request other items not on the menu your villa chef would be happy to source them for you and price the items relatively the same as the in-villa dining menu.

Villa Bougainvillea is in Maenam, Koh Samui. The villa has an absolute beachfront location and guests enjoy direct access to a pristine stretch of white sand beach. The popular Beach House restaurant is just six minutes away by car and there are a few cafes even closer by. The famous Fisherman’s Village dining and shopping hub is about 10 minutes away by car. Villa Bougainvillea is located about 30 minutes from Samui Airport.

Our experience at the Miskawaan villas was exceptional! To start off, all the villas are beautiful and the fact that they are all beachfront makes it so special. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and grounds were well kept. Most importantly, the staff was just amazing. We were treated with love and care and our requests were always supported. Khun Jaa was extremely responsive and approachable and she made special accommodations for us for all our requests – she checked in with us prior to our arrival and also while we stayed there. Khun Kung and Khun Tai, our Villa caretakers, were thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable at all times. We loved them and so did our little kids. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Misakwaan if you plan to visit Samui.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miskawaan Villas. The interior and exterior aesthetics were simply stunning, the highlight for us, being the L-shaped swimming pool that was just so good to dip into each afternoon. The villas keep the luxury vibes strong, with a clean and airy feel throughout the property. The ladies, particularly P’ Rung who were at hand to assist us, kept the property spotless throughout the stay and were a delight to communicate with. The food was first class, we dined within the villa each morning and evening, we miss the breakfast already! Our villa, named Waterlily kept a secluded feel, yet it’s within striking distance to the chic cafes and restaurants of Maenam and Bophut Fisherman’s Village… perfectly situated. We particularly enjoyed the easy beach access, as the villa was right on the beach, and the outdoor dining areas, for cocktails of an evening. Thank you once again for a memorable stay, we look forward to returning very soon.
