COCOA NISEKO

Cocoa is a comfortable two-storey chalet with a beautiful mix of Japanese influences and Western style, located in the quiet Lower Hirafu Village in Niseko. The chalet has two western style bedrooms and a third tatami room with two futon beds. Tasteful modern furnishings throughout give this house a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large open living and dining area allow for great conversations with picturesque Mount Yotei views available through the east facing windows. Cocoa offers easy access to the ski shuttles and nearest restaurants and the local onsen.

Cocoa is just as warm and cosy as the chalet’s name suggests. Spread over two floors, the chalet features spacious living areas and soothing bedrooms, with great mountainside views provided through the full-length windows.

Living Room

The living room is located on the first floor. The room has two white sofas, mountainside views and a flatscreen TV with Netflix to keep the whole group entertained.

Dining Room

Cocoa has a spacious and fully-equipped Western-style open-plan kitchen that flows into the dining and living areas. The adjoining dining table seats six.

Cocoa has three bedrooms. One room has a queen-sized bed, one room has two single beds and one room has two single futons.

Cocoa is a three-bedroom chalet spread over two floors. The ground floor includes two bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. On the first floor, there is one more bedroom and an open-plan living and dining room.

Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality. The staff can organise complimentary runs to the local supermarkets based on availability.

Property Manager

The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Cocoa is located in the quiet Lower Hirafu Village in Niskeo. This is a peaceful setting that’s perfect for families and provides beautiful views of Mount Yotei. The chalet offers easy access to Hirafu’s best dining and skiing, with the chalet located right across from the Grand Hirafu Bus Stop. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance (including Rin and The Public Izakaya YUI) and the shuttle bus offers access to even more dining options.
