Eagle’s Nest is without a doubt the most spectacular place in Koh Yao Noi. The accommodations and the staff are both superb and attentive. You will feel in heaven from the moment you arrive. A complete paradise you will not want to leave. You will love every second in this place and you will be pamper at all times by the wonderful staff. Don’t think about it twice and book it. I can’t wait to be back!

Eagle Nest was the only AirBnB I’ve ever been to where I started writing the review in my head as soon as I walked through the door. When we arrived to the port on the island we were greeted by Ann and Yoon. They were extremely friendly and helped us get our luggage loaded into the transport. Ann brought cold wet towels to help us cool off while telling us about the island. Once we arrived to the place, we were struck with awe. The place was absolutely stunning. It was clean, well-designed and the views were unforgettable. We were introduced to the rest of the on-site staff who were all extremely hospitable. They really cared about us and made sure we had nothing to worry about the entire trip. Nuna was the master chef. She exposed us to authentic Thai cuisine, she was able to accommodate all our preferences and made us a beautiful breakfast every day. Yoon was the concierge extraordinaire. He helped facilitate reservations, rentals and rides throughout the week. He took great care of us, made sure we always had what we needed and was always a text message away. The place itself was much bigger than we expected. We were only four of us (two couples) and we had our choice of four bedrooms. They were all great sizes and shared views of the Phang Nga Bay. The house was stocked with really everything we needed. Extra sunscreen, slippers, phone chargers, etc. Don’t sweat it if you forget something at home. Yoon has you covered. The swimming pool is where I spent most of my time. The water was the perfect temperature and I found myself swimming at all times of the day. When the sun was too hot I was still able to swim as there was a giant umbrella you could open up over the pool. I must’ve spent hours in there. The saddest part of our trip was when we had to leave. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

The Eagle’s Nest is truly one of the most unique houses we have ever stayed in. Comfortable and modern living quarters perched high on a hill, combined with a view that typically is only seen in a postcard make this house worth the visit. It is a great place for a quiet stay on a small, peaceful island. Suzi is a great host with prompt responses and eager to help accomodate you. The help that work the villa are worth mentioning as they are all so kind, helpful and fun to be around. They definitely made our stay so much easier. If you have the opportunity to stay here, don’t miss out on it.

We spent 10 days there and we miss it already. The house is excellent. Yone and Nuna are very helpful and knowledgeable. Yone has lived his entire life within a kilometer of the house and drove us around as needed and accompanied us as a guide on a few great snorkel, boat and sight-seeing excursions around Phang Nga Bay. Nuna is an excellent cook and shares her recipe knowledge. They were available anytime we needed. Overall, it was better than Six Senses.

This place is Heaven on Earth. While the pictures are beautiful, to experience the villa in person is another level of incredible. I stayed at Eagle’s Nest with a group of 8 including myself. After five busy, non-stop days in Bangkok, we were looking for some R&R and this place delivered. Suzi was our point of contact prior to arriving. From helping to arrange roundtrip transportation (airport > car > dock > boat > island – takes about an hour and 15 minutes in total) to answering our many questions about excursions, dining, etc., she was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Aside from deciding on the timing of a few excursions and planning meals, most logistics were set before we even set foot on the property. Ann, the property manager, was present to greet us at the dock and upon arrival at the villa, she gave us a tour of the place, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and then went off on her way. While she gave us her (Hidden by Airbnb) contact information, we never had to use it, and saw her only at the end of our trip when she came to bid us farewell. The on-site staff, husband-wife team Yone and Nuna were truly exceptional and the epitome of Thai hospitality. Yone knows the island and the surrounding area very well, and helped advise on and arrange activities (everything from a half-day island-hopping boat tour to massages). He also drove us everywhere in our private tuk tuk. He speaks conversational English (self-taught). Nuna is the resident masterchef and cooked us delicious Thai meals every day. Breakfast is included while you can choose whether you’d like to have lunch and/or dinner each day for an additional fee. She does not speak much English (Yone helped to translate when needed), but she was very kind and friendly in her actions. A few notes to call out: – There are four bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom is on the first floor while the rest of the bedrooms and the separate, large communal living space is on the second floor. – Make sure to have cash to settle the bill at the end of your stay (also good to have it handy if you’re planning to go out and about) – The infinity pool is incredible. I would highly suggest waking up to watch the sun rise and enjoying the sun’s reflection in the pool as it changes colors (also a great photo opportunity) – There is a small island nearby that can be reached by walking during low-tide; at high-tide, the path vanishes and you will have to wait until low-tide again to walk the path over. A fun place to run / walk to and explore. You won’t regret staying at Eagle’s Nest. The property is fantastic and the staff truly provide a 5-star resort experience. It was a memorable time and I will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Great communication prior to our visit and a seamless experience all around. The villa exceeded our expectations in terms of layout, pool, view, etc. What really sets this place apart is the kindness and hospitality of Yone and Nuna. Yone was a gracious host and Nuna is probably the best cook on the island. Look forward to coming back soon.

Excellent place to stay in the island. Yone and Luna are super nice and have given us the greatest services. We did love Yone’s suggestion of watching the sunset and enjoying seafood at the beach. That was the most beautiful sunset we have even seen. We had speedboat trips to Phy phy Island and Jame Bone. Phy phy island is wonderful. A bit regret that we have not visit the island nearby. Thank you again!

Hard to describe how great was the time spent in this house/island. Everything is brand new/top quality, the view is amazing, the food is outstanding (don’t miss the morning pancakes, garlic prawns and fish with tamarind sauce). Yone and Nuna were so welcoming and friendly with kids, we can’t thank them enough. All of this 25 min away by longtail boat from Thailand’s most beautiful beach – Ko Hong – following Yone’s suggestion we went at the end of the day having the beach literally to ourselves, something we’ll never forget. Can’t wait to come back!

We have spent wonderful days (we were 8, 2 families with 2 kids each): the villa is awesome (pool, living area, rooms, garden, all perfect, the location is great, the view on the bay is simply hypnotic). The kids also loved the place, Koh Yao Noi island is extremely pleasant and more quiet than a number of the other islands, we could explore the island as well as the various bays and islands of the area. We were also nicely surprised with the help we got at the villa for diner, free breakfast, free local transportation, free laundry, help with organizing some other visits, all very well organized, efficient and done with a lot of kindness. Warmly recommended.

    Heaven on Earth.
To be honest i didn’t really know much about Koh Yao Noi Island till we got there, and what a place this turned out to be! The island is a tropical perfection mix of the most relaxing and beautiful surroundings. The villa was overlooking the sea and this it was just perfect surrounded by beautiful blue seas and lush greenery.

The views were breathtaking from every angle and sunrises were just like an oil painting the swimming pool was simply amazing as it also shared the same outstanding view and if you wanted to go down to the the white sand beach it was a short stroll along a pathway.

The rooms were spacious everything was designed to make your stay as convenient as possible and the staff were super friendly, always been there to help you with anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this paradise island and we will certainly be returning in the near future.

Eagles Nest was by far the most perfect location and accommodation we could have asked for. The owners have taken great care in ensuring that their guests are looked after from the moment that they set foot on the island. Upon arrival at Eagles Nest, we were completely mesmerised by the pure beauty of it all. The perfect setting with the most spectacular view beyond the infinity pool, a house that is so convenient there is not one thing they could have added to make it more comfortable for us as guests. Yone and Nuna who live on the premises were able to help us with local information of the island, drive us to places where we needed to be (as Eagles Nest has its own transport vehicle) and most importantly for us, cook us the MOST DELICIOUS meals we have ever eaten in Thailand. The food was out of this world. We had fish in lime sauce every single night, Massaman curry most nights, prawns, chicken, name it – it was there and freshly prepared in front of our eyes! They were also very willing to share their recipes and give us tips on the menu that was highly appreciated – thank you for that! I would like to thank them both SO much as they have really contributed to making this week the most special holiday for us. Thank you Yone and Nuna – you are great! The infinity pool (bar the dining room table!) is definitely where we’ve spent most of our time as it is just perfect. The sun loungers came in handy and the sunken seating area next to the pool ensure there was always a bit of shade plus a lovely gathering place for all our friends over a few drinks. The rooms were enormous and most definitely very comfortable. Very comfortable beds, pillows, shower, bath, built in cupboards, etc. Everything at Eagles Nest is modern and high spec, we even had UK plug sockets in our room which came in very handy. Thank you very much to the owners for opening your home to us – we hope we have looked after it as you would expect from your guests and we will most definitely be back.

A completely relaxed atmosphere, and the staff is super attentive to your needs.

The villa itself is super gorgeous and the view beyond the infinity pool is out of this world! Best sunrises guaranteed :)

We were getting a delicious breakfast cooked every morning with fresh fruits and juices, coffee or tea.

If you are craving a quiet self-care time or if you are staying in a fun company of family/friends this place is amazing for both! :) Very secluded and separated from the rest of the island but at the same time feels like the centre point of Koh Yao Noi.

Features very spacious open concept living room/dining room with a big screen TV, music and even a karaoke microphone if you need some signing!

I would gladly be back to this beautiful peaceful spot so don’t even think twice – book it! :

Eagle’s Nest is built in a great spot on the Eastern side of Koh Yao Noi island, which gives it the magical views over the many limestone isalnds which dot the bay. It is a place of supreme beauty and peacefulness unlike anywhere else in the world that I have been. The villa is very tastefully laid out and spacious, which makes it great for family groups and has all the amenities that we could possibly have needed. We stocked the fridge with cold drinks and the staff cooked us delicious Thai food, like we’d never had before.

Eagle’s Nest is definitely a true hidden gem right in the heart of the Andaman Sea. I can’t recommend this villa highly enough definitely a must once in your life time a true piece of heaven.

A Tropical Paradise with the Best View in the World!

Koh Yao Noi is one of those magical places, unlike anywhere else. A place where the locals still go about their daily life and smile and wave as you drive past. A place where time seems to slow down and worries just seem to fade. The island is largely undeveloped, except for a handful of super-luxury resorts (think Six Senses) and this amazing villa.

Eagles Nest is the epitome of a tropical vacation for me. All my modern luxuries like tv, air-con and a comfy bed, with seclusion, privacy and simplicity. Kick off your shoes, put on your favorite swimwear, and spend your days eating, drinking and lounging around the magnificent pool with your loved ones. The pool, what can I say? The pool with a view to die for. The view over the islands and water below are nothing short of spectacular. And, the icing on the cake were the staff, who were not only lovely and helpful but also amazing cooks. This was a very special holiday for my family and me, and one that will never be forgotten. Island Holiday in The Andaman Sea

I would like to express our appreciation for the relaxing family holiday at Eagles Nest. We enjoyed every minute from the time we left Phuket, the boat trip was enjoyable in itself and then we arrived at our destination, Koh Yao Noi.

Our accommodation at Eagles Nest was very comfortable, food sourced locally was beautifully prepared by competent staff, who were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

Our children loved playing in the pool whilst we relaxed taking in the magical views of the islands. Would have to be one of the most picturesque places anywhere.

Our most relaxed and peaceful holiday ever and would thoroughly recommend Eagles Nest, particularly for families.

Eagles Nest is perched just above a long white beach and provides extraordinary views over the sea and islands seemingly floating in the mist. The house is extremely spacious and comfortable, the team a delight, the home cooked food delicious and the location highly convenient for all the things to do on Ko Yao Noi. Walk down to yoga by the beach, rent a long boat to explore nearby beaches and lagoons, explore the wonderful restaurants along the water or go for a wonderfully relaxing Thai Massage. Or just sit by the infinity pool, contemplate the view and take pictures of eagles soaring above or monkeys playing behind the house. Truly paradise, highly recommended!

I visited the Eagles Nest with my family in fall 2017. Heaven on earth doesn’t begin to describe the beauty of this villa. Perched amongst the tree line on an island quite untouched by Thailand’s tourist boom, the Eagles Nest is a haven for relaxation, restoration, and tranquillity. The view is breath-taking, and more than lived up to my expectations.

Yone and Nuna, the Villa hosts, are incredibly warm, kind, and did everything possible to make sure we had a magical stay. Highlights of our trip included hiring a local yoga teacher to join us for sunrise salutations on the terrace, taking a long-tail to Hong Island, and countless sundowners in the sunken poolside sala.

This is a spectacular home with an amazing view that is well appointed for an fantastic vacation in a beautiful location. We rent vacation homes 2-3 times per year for our vacations and have done so the last 20 years, preferring to avoid hotels whenever possible. We personally rely heavily on the reviews to better understand the home and determine whether or not to rent, and so hope to provide some useful information here for those thinking about renting this home. In all seriousness…. this home is definitely worth it and you should just rent now AND stay as long as you possibly can! We had transportation arranged for us to and from the Krabi Airport for a very reasonable rate and had a seamless experience each way. We were greeted on the pier at our arrival by Anne and Yone. Ann lives nearby, checks you in and out, and helps to arrange anything you need (tours, massages, etc). Yone and his wife Nuna live at the house. They have a living space on site so are always available to help (but still provide you with plenty of privacy). They have the cutest and nicest little cat, Emi, who will visit on occasion to say hello. She is a great guard cat as well and protects the home from snakes, lizards, and even the occasional stray dog (there are not many stray dogs in the area at all, but we saw her actually chase one down the driveway while we were there!) Yone and Nuna work as a team to clean the home and provide breakfast daily. If you would like, they are also available to cook lunch or dinner, and they are more than happy to do so for a small fee per person (not much more money than eating out in most locations so well worth it). We took advantage of this option two nights and found that Nuna is a great cook and makes fantastic Thai dishes. The breakfasts can be determined by you, with western choices like toast, eggs (any way), fresh fruit, yogurt and museli, etc., or any Thai breakfasts like Thai omelet or soup. There is a washer and drier at the home which Nuna will happily use to launder your clothes for you free of charge. Yone is also the driver of the house tuk tuk. The tuk tuk is easily large enough to drive around 8 people, and he is willing to take you wherever, whenever. Yone was a fisherman and tour guide on the island (he grew up there) so he knows the island very well. He can provide tours, take you to various beaches, take you to meals at any restaurant. We really loved this amenity provided at the house. This way we didn’t have to rent a bike or scooter (although you certainly could if you want to) to get around and explore. Yone was always willing to take us anywhere we wanted. The home itself is exactly as…
