If you’re travelling with a huge entourage, you can also book the whole estate to create a huge 14-bedroom estate. Hevea Villas is a private villa complex located along a cul de sac in Seminyak. The complex is home to six villas, each with their own private swimming pool: 1 x one-bedroom villa, 2 x two-bedroom villas and 3 x three-bedroom villas. The villas share the same Balinese design and are set amidst luscious and well-maintained gardens. 2 x three-bedroom villas share an inter-connecting doors, allowing them to be booked together as a six-bedroom villa. You can also book all six villas to create a 14-bedroom estate for large groups.

Hevea Villas is home to a total of six villas ranging from 1 to 2 and 3 bedrooms in size. Each villa is its own private unit with its own swimming pool and tropical gardens. The villas have a classic tropical design with colonial influences, a classic look that feels perfectly at home surrounded by lush tropical beauty.

Villa Manager

Hevea Villas’ experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian, barbeques and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Hevea Villas is located within a gated estate with 24-hour security at the front entrance.

Hevea Villas is located in the very heart of Seminyak in Bali, Indonesia. The villas are tucked down a smaller lane off Jalan Kayu Aya, a lively strip more commonly referred to as Eat Street. Beckoning just 300 metres from the villas, this street is home to some of the most popular restaurants, cafes, boutiques and spas on the island. Being this close to the action, you can easily make your way around on foot or hop in a taxi which are very easy to come by in Seminyak. The iconic Ku De Ta beach club is a brisk 10-minute walk from the villas.
