Kaki Living
Kaki is a modern two-storey chalet surrounded by the snow-covered mountains of Niseko. The first floor houses all three bedrooms, while the upper floor is dedicated to time spent together in the spacious living and dining area. The chalet boasts high vaulted ceilings and polished wood floors, with whimsical details like sheep-shaped throw pillows designed to delight the kids.
Living Room
The living room houses two black sofas facing generous floor-to-ceiling windows, offering unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. The TV is equipped with international channels and a DVD player. The room includes a collection of toys and playful pillows and carpets, making the space ideal for family get-togethers.
Dining Room
The dark wood dining table sits at the centre of the open-plan living area. Surrounded by eight chairs, the dining table fluidly connects with the fully-equipped kitchen, where bar stool offer additional seating.
Kaki Bedrooms
Kaki has three bedrooms. All rooms are furnished with a split bed which can be set up as a double bed or two single beds as needed. All three rooms are housed on the chalet’s lower floor.

The first bedroom has a double bed which can also be set up as two single beds if needed. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a Japanese bathtub.

Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
