Living Room
The open design of the living room and furniture make this villa unique. The living room is fully enclosed to keep the bugs a bay. The living room has high ceilings with glass floor to ceiling panels letting in an abundance of light.

The dining room is within the living room. The room has a great vibe and pleasant view.
Garden & Pool
The swimming pool and outdoor deck is where you’ll spend most of your time. There are 4 sun beds, so plenty for all guests.

The two equal size bedrooms are beautifully furnished with modern furnishings and a mix of Balinese flair. The bedrooms are both air-conditioned, and have en-suite bathrooms and a large bathtub each. Both of the bedrooms come with a flat-screen TV for those who are too lazy to get up.

Villa Manager
Kei Villas’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Located in a prime location within Seminyak – Petitenget you are walking distance to everything. These Seminyak Villas are great value. Kei Villas is a 15-minute walk from the famous Ku De Ta beach bar. Only 2 minutes down the road from Potato Head and the beach. Plus the Bali Denpasar Airport is a 30-minute drive away depending on the traffic. A free shuttle service is also available within Seminyak based on availability.

We are regular visitors to Seminyak, and stayed here for 2 nights in a 2BR villa in October 2018, and really enjoyed the villa. Fantastic location, close to the beach, great restaurants, and Potatohead beach bar, and great with kids. Breakfast is super efficient, cooked prior, so no preparation and noise in the kitchen, so we could enjoy a sleep-in. Even though it’s on the main road, and we were in the villa closest to the road, we didn’t get any traffic noise. The villas are a little older, but we would definitely stay here again

Our stay in the villas was lovely. The location is fantastic and central to all the good restaurants.
The villa was well appointed though we had a drainage problem with one bathroom which was addressed urgently. The second bathroom had lots of gheckos and lizards and hence was not usable. The kitchen could have been cleaner as well.
Overall Villa #2 was good but Villa #1 and 3 are much better in terms of decor and cleanliness.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again with Kei Villas.

We stayed for 7 nights at Kei Villas. I can not speak highly enough about this place. The villas are huge and just so private – it was a real sanctuary from the chaos that is just outside the front door. The pool was amazing – we lived in there! The beds were super comfortable and the furniture and decor were real art pieces. The staff were beyond amazing – so helpful and kind and we will be forever grateful for their help in getting me medical attention so quickly when I unfortunately came down with a really bad case of ‘Bali Belly’. The location of the villas are brilliant, 4 min to the beach and a great surf break and so many awesome restaurants within 10min walk. This place has so much to offer and I hope that one day we can come back and stay again.
