Kuromatsu Living
Kuromatsu boasts immaculate views of Mount Yotei and Annupuri from its fluid second-floor living area, while the first floor houses all three of the chalet’s bedrooms. The sky-high ceiling and vast full-length windows create an endless sense of space, with soothing tones of monochrome echoing the majestic elegance of the surrounding mountains.
Living Room
The living room houses a spacious L-shaped sofa in a deep shade of granite. Stretch out on the sofa, grab one of the rainbow-hued pillows and take your pick between gazing out at the mountainside vistas and flipping through the channels of the sleek plasmascreen TV.
Dining Room
The dining table boasts some of the best views in the area with a large picture window opening out to magical views of Mount Yotei. The wooden table is surrounded by eight monochrome chairs, with an adjoining open-plan kitchen perfectly equipped to cater to your every culinary whim.
Kuromatsu Bedrooms
Kuromatsu has three bedrooms, all furnished with split beds which can be set up either as a king or two single beds as needed. All three bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Kuromatsu is part of the prestigious Orchards Niseko estate nestled in the rugged embrace of the Japanese Alps. Niseko is known for offering some of the best slopes on the planet and Kuromatsu enjoys a prime location just minutes from the closest ski lift. The surrounding area is also dotted with delicious dining options and lively night clubs, but the chalet still offers a soothing sense of peace and quiet.
