Lakefront Luxury lives up to its lofty name, offering sublime modern comfort and spectacular vistas of Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown, New Zealand. Built on a scenic elevation looking over the lake just a minutes’ walk from downtown Queenstown, the villa is lined with extensive glass, allowing guests to really drink in the views. The living areas are cool and contemporary, with a gourmet kitchen and a sleek fireplace allowing for relaxed entertaining. This is also the perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors, with the patio fitted with an alfresco dining area, barbecue and an open-air Jacuzzi. The four bedrooms offer the villa’s signature views and are each adjoined by an ensuite bathroom.

Lakefront Luxury is a contemporary holiday haven making the most of its elevated vantage point by offing sublime views of Lake Wakatipu through full-wall glass and extensive patios. The interiors are light and modern, with a sleek fireplace and well-chosen textiles adding warmth and comfort.

Living Room

The living room is a fluid extension of the dining areas, with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the lake and the mountain range beyond. Two grey sofas sit positioned before the windows, with a modern fireplace keeping the ambiance nice and cosy. On the other side of the dining areas and kitchen is another lounge area, this one furnished with a plush asphalt grey sofa, oriental carpet and a generous flatscreen TV.

Dining Room

The dining area is nestled between the two lounge areas, with an eight-seater dining table positioned before glass doors sliding open to the lake view terrace. Behind the dining area, you’ll find the villa’s smart modern kitchen rendered in white, equipped with all the appliances and crockery needed for cooking gourmet meals.

Garden

True to New Zealand’s outdoorsy ethos, much of your time at the villa will either be spent enjoying the views or relaxing outside on the generous patios. To the front of the villa, you’ll discover a scenic terrace with lounge furniture looking over the lake. On the opposite side of the villa, a second patio offers a great space for entertaining with an outdoor dining area, barbecue and the final flourish: an open-air Jacuzzi.

Lakefront Luxury has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a fixed king-sized bed and the three guest bedrooms have split beds which can be set up as a king or two singles as needed. All four bedrooms are framed by full-wall windows offering spectacular views.

Lakefront Luxury features enclosed living and dining areas and four bedrooms, each one adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. The villa also includes generous outdoor areas with a dining area, barbecue and Jacuzzi.
