Mandala The House is all about high design and every corner of the villa feels like a photoshoot that’s simply waiting to happen. Lounge about one of the two pools or strike a pose next to the palm tree dominating the double-height living room – this modern day mansion is all yours.

Living Room

Though the living room features an actual palm tree reaching towards the double-height ceiling, this might not even be the most striking feature of the room. Lined by glass doors giving out to the garden, the living room features a fabulous sunken lounge in aqua blue, framed by tropical greenery which resembles an actual indoor garden. While exploring the villa, don’t forget to visit the hidden library room!

Dining Room

The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room, with a long dining table crafted from a single slab of wood seating up to 12 guests on aquamarine chairs. Also incorporated to the same space is the villa’s immaculately styled kitchen which deserves its own photoshoot.

Media Room

The media room has some serious Alice in Wonderland appeal, with the angular ceiling encrusted with framed vintage posters, photography and more creating a surreal feel. Kick back on the plush velvet sofa and enjoy your favourite movies playing on the flatscreen TV.

Gym

Even the villa’s gym is photoshoot ready with neon light texts adding some sizzle to your workout. The gym includes weights and cardio gear to help you keep in shape while on holiday.

Garden

Though it’s hard to pick a favourite feature in a villa this grand, the two swimming pools stacked on top of each other are certainly strong contenders. The ground level pool offers the ultimate setting for a pool party with a swim up bar, while the upper level pool is a stunning infinity number looking over the surrounding rice fields.

Mandala The House has five beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own unique look and design. Four rooms have king-sized beds and one room comes with two single beds. All bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor while the four guest bedrooms occupy the ground floor.

Villa Manager

Mandala The House’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the breakfast, lunch and BBQ menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Tucked amidst rice fields down a private lane home to luxury villas, the villa is positioned in the surfer district of Berawa with sought-after eateries and cafes waiting just minutes away. The popular Berawa surf beach and the beach clubs and bars lining it is just a quick five-minute drive from the villa.
