Mary’s Beach Villa Living
Mary’s Beach Villa has a classic design with dark wood floors and pristine white walls. The villa looks over a spacious private pool and spans three floors. The top floor houses a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy drinks while looking out at the ocean – this is a beach villa, after all.
Living Room
The living room is separated from the pool area by glass bi-fold doors. Leave the doors open to relish the tropics or close them to enjoy the cool of the AC. The room houses spacious sofas and a 55-inch TV with Blu-ray DVD player and HI-FI system with a selection of CDs and DVDs.
Dining Room
The open-plan living room houses a dining table seating up to eight guests. The dining area extends into an open-plan kitchen, which is fully-equipped, including a Breville coffee maker.
Garden & Pool
Mary’s Beach Villa has a spacious swimming pool, which also includes a 1-metre deep kids section. The poolside deck offers sun beds and parasols as well as a comfy poolside bale. The pool is hugged by landscaped gardens with exotic tropical palms, plants and flowers. Limes, mangos, bananas and coconut are flourishing and free to guests when in season.

Mary’s Beach Villa has four bedrooms. Three rooms have king-sized beds and one room has two single beds. All bedrooms are housed under the same roof, with one bedroom on the ground floor and three rooms upstairs.

Mary’s Beach Villa is spread over three floors. The ground houses the common living areas and one master bedroom. Three further bedrooms are located up on the first floor. The second floor houses a rooftop terrace with views reaching all the way to the ocean. The villa is hugged by a generous garden and privacy is provided by high protective walls.

Villa Manager
Mary’s Beach Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
you didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand 24 hours a day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.
Security

Mary’s Beach Villa Location
Mary’s Beach Villa offers a terrific location right by the beach in Canggu, Bali. The villa is within 100 metres of Nelayan Beach. Old Man’s and The Lawn, two of the coolest beach clubs in Bali, are within a 10-minute walk from the villa. Canggu is home to a vibrant surfing culture and it’s now one of the most sought after locations in Bali, with new restaurants and shops popping up constantly. You can reach neighbouring Seminyak within a 20-minute drive. It takes about 50 minutes to reach Mary’s Beach Villa from Bali’s international airport.

Ministry of Villas’ team recently inspected Mary’s Beach Villa. This is a great villa for families, as the villa has a shallow kids’ pool next to the main pool and the living room can be fully enclosed – this also means you can cool off with the AC on when needed! We also loved the big garden which is dotted with trees heavy with exotic fruit. Mary’s Beach Villa offers a fantastic location just 100 metres from the beach and you can walk right over to Old Man’s and The Lawn beach bars.
