Ocean’s 11 Villa is a jaw-dropping luxury estate located in an exclusive community in Cape Yamu, Phuket. The villa features a private beach and a massive 26-metre swimming pool, cinema room, fitness room and spa. From start to finish, the six-bedroom villa has been designed to deliver pure unadulterated luxury. The staff includes a personal staff and thanks to the villa’s amazing location, you’re treated to epic ocean views at every turn.

Ocean’s 11 Villa has a luminous white design which combines modern aesthetics with Thai influences. The villa cascades over four levels and many of the living areas have a fluid open-plan layout, meaning there’s nothing standing between you and the azure ocean views.

Living Room

The living room offers panoramic ocean views from plush lounge seating offering room for up to 12 guests. The air-conditioned room features a plasma screen TV with Apple Tv and NUVO sound system.

Dining Room

The dining room sits next to the living room. The wooden dining table that can seat up to 12 guests. It has a beautiful garden and sea view. There’s also an outdoor dining table which can seat 10 guests.

Cinema Room

The cinema room features an EPSON video projector, DVD player, Apple TV and sound system. The room is fully air-conditioned and has sofas and cushions for a comfy movie night.

Gym

The villa’s air-conditioned gym is equipped with weights, multi weight bench, treadmill, stair stepper, rowing machine, upright bicycle, yoga mattress and 2 fitness balls. There is also a tennis court at the estate.

Spa

The beautiful spa room offers ocean views though full-length windows. The room has two massage beds and an adjoining bathroom.

Garden & Pool

Ocean’s 11 Villa features an immense 26×8-metre infinity pool and a private beach on its front. The pool is surrounded by six sun loungers and umbrellas for those who prefer the shade. There’s an outdoor shower by the pool and the area is fitted with a NUVO sound system. For outdoor dining, there’s a covered sala with seting for 10 and a barbecue

Ocean’s 11 Villa has six bedrooms, all furnished with a king-sized bed. One bedroom is on the main ground level, three rooms are on lower level 1 and two rooms are on lower level 2.

Ocean’s 11 Villa is spread over three levels, cascading down a tropical hill and offering amazing views of the ocean. The villa is located inside a high-end villa estate. The villa is accessed through the ground level, which houses one bedroom and the living and dining areas. The first lower level houses the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms as well as the cinema room, bar area and swimming pool. The second lower level houses two guest bedrooms. Please note that due to multiple staircases, Ocean’s 11 Villa does not accept wheelchairs.

Villa Manager

Ocean’s 11 Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Chef

Ocean’s 11 Villa’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Ocean’s 11 Villa is located in Cape Yamu in Phuket, Thailand. The villa sits in a private villa community and guests have access to the estate’s tennis court. Guests have access to a private beach. If you’re looking to people watch, you can reach the popular beaches of Layan, Bang Tao and Surin in a 20-minute drive. Laguna, Blue Canyon and Mission Hills golf courses are also within 20 minutes by car. Ocean’s 11 Villa is located 25 minutes from the airport.
