Ombak Luwung Beachfront Estate is accessed through a grand gate and a stunning walkway shaded by leafy trees. The villa is divided into separate pavilions, which are hugged by koi fish ponds and trickling waterfall features. The open-plan living pavilion overlooks a courtyard and the pool, which opens out to stunning views of the beach and ocean.

Living Room

The large open-plan living room is housed in the main pavilion facing the swimming pool, lush gardens and the sea. The living pavilion houses plush sofas under a sky-high ceiling.

Dining Room

The formal round dining table is housed in a separate air-conditioned pavilion close to the entrance. Most of your meals will likely be enjoyed out in the garden, where a second dining table sits overlooking the pool and the ocean. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen.

Spa

The villa features a beautifully designed massage room with two massage beds and an outdoor shower, ideal for indulging in some in-villa pampering.

Garden & Pool

Ombak Luwung Beachfront Estate is graced by a 17-metre swimming pool which overlooks the beach. The pool has a heated jacuzzi and cosy sun beds along its wooden deck. Traditional Balinese sculptures decorate the villa’s lush, tropical grounds. For experiencing Bali’s stunning sunsets, the villa has a beautifully carved, antique lumbung (rice house), perfectly situated in the gardens. The huge lawns and beachfront setting make Ombak Luwung Beachfront Estate a fantastic venue for hosting weddings and other celebrations.

Ombak Luwung Beachfront Estate has five bedrooms. Three bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the two remaining rooms can be set up with a king bed or two single beds as needed. Three bedrooms are housed in their own pavilions, while two rooms are housed in the same two-storey pavilion, with one room on either floor.

The villa includes vast lawns and a lap pool. Three bedrooms are housed on ground level, each in their own pavilion, while the other two bedrooms are housed in the same two-storey pavilion with one room housed on each floor.

Villa Manager

Ombak Luwung Beachfront Estate’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

The villa is located directly on Nelayan Beach and the surrounding area has grown into the most sought-after area in Bali, with countless restaurants, cafes and surf shops within easy reach. Ombak Luwung is within a 10-minute walk down the beach from the beachfront venues of Old Man’s and The Lawn. The surfer mecca of Deus Ex Machina and Echo Beach are both within a 10-minute drive from the villa. The shops, restaurants and clubs of chic Seminyak can be reached in about 20 minutes or so by car or motorbike.
