Shalimar Villas is a peaceful sanctuary nestled in a traditional fishing village amidst lush green rice fields, accessed by a lane of tall coconut palms. The amazing outdoor features of this villa will leave you spell-bound making it hard to leave. Shalimar Villas is 3 villas all side by side with 12 bedrooms in total.

Shalimar Kalima is equipped with a large swimming pool, lush lawns and contemporary facilities. A large open plan living and dining area is positioned on the ground floor. The living area has a large L-shaped lounger with a wooden centre table. The living area has an iPod dock and stereo system for in-house entertainment. The dining area consists of a 12-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen for guest use. There is a professional staff kitchen at the back of the house. The seating area has plenty of space to relax, dine and spend quality time with friends and family.

The swimming pool at Shalimar Kalima is massive – 9 x 20 metres in size is perfect for doing a few laps on a hot day. The shallow end of the pool has a wooden table, sun umbrellas and three sun-beds built in within the pool. The pool deck is surrounded by perfectly manicured lawns, good for an early morning yoga session. The Shalimar Kalima lawns are also an ideal wedding venue with facilities to cater up to 150 people. The beautiful lawns bordered by tall coconut palms and a white Palimanan stone stage form the perfect backdrop for a special ceremony. The whole Shalimar complex can be rented together to ensure comfort and privacy of guests.

Shalimar Kalima is an enormous 6 bedroom villa. The 6 bedrooms, each unique in design are positioned over three levels of the villa structure each with en-suite bathrooms; 2 outdoor bathrooms, 4 indoor bathrooms. The villa sleeps 12 guests in 5 king size beds and 1 twin bedroom. The master bedrooms are equipped with large double beds, wardrobes and sliding glass doors with stunning views of the surrounding areas. the bathrooms have a shower and bathtub. Guest bedrooms are similar to the master bedrooms. They also have en-suite bathrooms but the downstairs bathrooms have a shower whereas all other bathrooms have a shower and bathtub.

Shalimar Makanda is the perfect location for parties, weddings and other larger events, but also for a relaxing and overwhelming luxurious holiday stay for larger groups. Located on the beach of Pantai Seseh; Shalimar has an astonishing view over the surrounding rice fields and the ocean.

The seating lounge area has two L-shaped sofas, big enough to accommodate about 20 people. The seating area extends to the pool deck. It is equipped with a large flat screen TV. The dining area is located on the upper level and comprises of a fully equipped kitchen and 12-seater dining table. The wood furniture along with plush cream cushions gives the entire room a pleasant feel for relaxation. Shalimar Makanda has a large 20 x 7 metre swimming pool surrounded by plenty of day beds to lounge and relax. The sprawling lawns of the villa are a great attraction for kids to run around. The villa turns into a magical paradise as the sun goes down. The gardens are alive with mystical candles and lamps and you have the sound of crashing waves to add to the harmony.

Shalimar Makanda is a 4 bedroom villa, enormous in size to ensure that guests have plenty of space to relax without compromising on privacy. The villa can sleep 8 guests in 4 king size beds with en-suite bathrooms with 4 bath tub and 4 showers. Master bedrooms are located in stand alone pavilions whereas two others are positioned on the upper floor of the main living pavilion. The huge four poster beds with ceiling hung nets and mood lighting create a romantic ambience within the bedrooms. The folding glass doors offer majestic views of the surrounding beauty. The ground floor bedrooms have semi open-air bathrooms with showers and a large bathtub. The upstairs bathrooms have a shower and offer uninterrupted views of the ocean and rice paddies from their bathtub.

Shalimar Cantik is characterized by contemporary tropical architecture, open air living, and an abundance of light. A serene Buddha statue at the entrance, waterfalls, a lotus pond and sweet scented franchipani trees welcome you to this place that will be hard to leave.

The open plan living and dining area has comfortable seating loungers to unwind with your favourite book or watch your favourite TV shows on the flat screen TV. It also has dvd player, I-pod holder, and stereo installation. The dining area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen and a four seater dining table that faces the pool. Shalimar Cantik has a tranquil pool – 7 x 9 metres in size, good enough for a refreshing dip to beat the hot weather. You may grab your drinks and relax on the daybeds along with your sweetheart. The villa’s gardens are beautifully maintained with blooming tropical plants and coconut palms.

Shalimar Cantik is a 2 bedroom villa. The master bedroom has sliding glass door that offer direct access to the swimming pool. Large double beds with fresh linen promise to offer a good night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom that offers semi open-air bathing facilities with a shower and a bathtub. The guest bedroom is also in similar size and design. It is equipped with double bed and has an en-suite bathroom having shower and bathtub.

Shalimar, which means “nest of love, comprises the six-bedroom Shalimar Kalima, the four-bedroom Shalimar Makanda and the two-bedroom Shalimar Cantik. You may rent any one of the villas on a individual basis or you may choose a combination or large groups may wish to rent the whole complex with its total of 12 bedrooms, accommodating twenty four guests.

Villa Manager

Shalimar Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available.

The three properties at Shalimar Villas – Shalimar Kalima, Shalimar Makanda and Shalimar Cantik stand in a line, about 100 metres away from the Seseh beach. Behind the villa are vast rice terraces, with the tiny hamlet of Seseh just a few kilometres away. Canggu is about 8 minutes’ drive from the villa whereas the International Airport is a 45 minute drive.
