Going on holiday with a bunch of friends can prove to be amazingly adventurous as the villa is located at the base of the magnificent Niseko-Annupuri Mountain surrounded by trees in Lower Hirafu area. The amazing eateries; bar & grill, and supermarket are all just a few hundred metres away.

The owl house transforms the perspective of ‘traditional Niseko accommodation’ with its exceptional merging of the stunning Japanese traditional inspired interior decoration with the impeccable European luxuries. The designs are an ardent attempt to ensure that the Villa redefines comfort and class. The owl house has a luxurious soaking tub to relax in the soothing warmth amidst the freezing snowy vicinity.

Living Room

The villa has a spacious living room, which is fashioned according to the open concept plan. The dining area lies in the middle of the living space and kitchen. The complete flexible setting makes the stay all the more pleasurable for you and your family: Unwind on the smart-looking couches after a day of fun and adventure in cold mountains; read a book seated in the cozy seat placed by the window watching Mount Yotei or warm-up by the fireside with a cup of coffee, before settling at the dinner table for a delicious family meal; all at a feet’s distance.

Dining Room

The dining room placed within the precincts of the wide living area, can comfortable seat 6 members. It overlooks the living space and the sight of the snow covered landscape through the window is spellbinding. The villa also provides an all-incorporated fully operational modern kitchen. Whether you need to microwave some food, make a hot cup of coffee in the coffee-maker or cook up baby’s food, you have it all at hand. You can also enjoy some warm home-cooked rice in the rice-cooker.

Each of the three bedrooms is generously built to accommodate eight people. The flexible bed arrangement with windows in each room for natural light makes the house a convenient stay. The villa is not just for families but also for couples and bachelors retreating from the city’s hum-drum to the lap of mountains.

Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Villa Manager

The villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our villas in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each villa will have their own cleaning schedule.

The Owl House is located at the foot of the splendid Niseko-Annupuri Mountain encircled by snow-capped trees in Lower Hirafu area. The perks of the area include fabulous restaurants, bars and must-visit destinations that are a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Dine at Ezo Seafood to taste the fresh cuisines, or take a drive to Yummy’s Pizza just 650 meters from the villa. The Niseko Supermarket & Deli is a true shopper destination to get some lovely souvenirs for friends and family back home.
