Villa Abalya 22 is an enticing Moroccan villa with opulent interiors and a beautiful swimming pool mimicking the ornate design of the country’s decadent riads. Located just a 15-minute drive from downtown Marrakesh, Villa Abalya 22 offers snow-capped views of the Atlas Mountains during winter. The villa features four bedrooms with living and dining areas decorated with vibrant tiles and ornate furniture capturing the feel of an exotic souk.

Villa Abalya 22 tastefully blends contemporary style with traditional Moroccan influences. The rooms are adorned with plush carpets, eclectic art and the living room features a roaring fireplace, with mod cons like steady Wi-Fi and a Nespresso machines providing added comfort.

Living Room

Villa Abalya 22 houses two living areas. The first living space doubles as a media room with a wall-mounted TV and three lavender sofas. Attached to this room is another lounge featuring two yellow armchairs and a black sofa, perfect for reading or swapping stories while enjoying the glow of the log fireplace.

Dining Room

In the centre of the open-plan living room sits an eight-seater dining table. For alfresco dining, there is a second dining area outside in the garden. The modern kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need, including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Garden & Pool

Villa Abalya 22’s nine-metre swimming pool channels the ornate design of Moroccan riads and can be heated during winter. The pool is flanked by six sunbeds and a shaded dining pavilion. The villa also has a furnished upper-floor balcony. The villa is surrounded by exotic gardens with colourful flowers and swaying palm trees.

Villa Abalya 22 has four bedrooms. Two rooms have king-sized beds and two rooms have two single beds each.

Villa Abalya 22 is a two-storey villa with four bedrooms, expansive living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a 9 x 4 metre swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite and two rooms share a bathroom between them.
