Villa Al Maaden 132 features modern architecture with rich Moroccan influences visible in the decor, resulting in a modern yet exotic ambience that feels distinctly Moroccan. The villa’s interior spaces centre around a stunning living area adorned with African art pieces, plush carpets and a roaring fireplace. The outdoors are all about the turquoise pool surrounded by manicured lawns.

Living Room

The ground-floor living room is lavishly furnished with white sofas and vibrant textiles, with bespoke art lining the walls and an open fireplace adding ambiance. A large flatscreen TV offers modern in-villa entertainment. Sliding glass doors give out to a furnished terrace and provide sunny views looking over the pool and garden.

Dining Room

At the far end of the living room is a wooden dining table providing scenic views of the pool through glass doors. There is another dining area situated outdoor, offering a beautiful alfresco dining experience right by the pool. The villa is fitted with a fully-equipped kitchen.

The 12-metre swimming pool matches the villa’s sleek design perfectly, with curved sun loungers providing the ideal spot for some tanning.
