Living Room

The living area features a flat screen television with satellite channels and comfortably soft couches for in-villa entertainment. The high ceiling and elegant lighting of the multi-purpose area is complemented by waterfalls at the back of the room bringing in the relaxing melody of moving water.

Dining Room

The dining area has a dining table good for six people beside the fully equipped kitchen.

Garden & Pool

The lovely swimming pool, framed by sun loungers, is also surrounded by lush tropical gardens. A round table with chairs set at the manicured gardens is a charming spot for afternoon tea or al fresco dinner.

An antique Balinese door welcomes guests to Villa Alamanda, passing through a small, tranquil fish pond towards the abundant space embracing this three-bedroom property. A single bedroom and a twin bedroom are located at the ground floor while the third bedroom is at the second floor of the villa. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high quality toiletries, linen, towels and even hair-drier for your maximum comfort.

Master Bedroom

The romantic master bedroom with its wooden floor and four-poster wooden bed is located on the first floor. The sliding doors open on to a large balcony offering ocean views that can be enjoyed while lounging in one of the comfortable arm-chairs over a glass of wine or a cup of tea. The spacious en-suite bathroom is adorned with marble and offers both indoor and outdoor showers and a built-in closet.

Guest Bedrooms

Other bedrooms are adjacent to the living room downstairs and were built with a family with children in mind. Both of them are en-suite, equipped with a bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers and a built-in closet, and enjoy the view of the pool and the bay. Through the glass sliding doors guests staying in each of the two bedrooms get direct access to the pool-side terrace and the garden. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a king size bed, another has two twin beds making it convenient for a family with children or a group of friends.

When you enter the carved wooden gate of villa Alamanda, past a small pond, you will see the swimming pool area surrounded by the manicured garden with frangipani trees. By the pool, you will find the comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas to while away the hot tropical days, and the elegant rattan furniture perfect for sundowners, as well as villa’s own BBQ set.

Villa interiors are modern and minimalistic with wooden and stone finishing incorporating some traditional Indonesian elements. On the main floor facing the pool is the living room and a small kitchen equipped. Tall glass sliding doors lead to the swimming pool. Keep them open in the evening to allow the ocean breeze fill the living room, or close them during the hot tropical day and watch TV, videos or listed to music in the comfort of the air conditioned environment. At the back of the living room, behind sliding doors there is a small patio decorated with a Buddha statue and an adjacent small fountain creating almost a meditative peaceful atmosphere.

Villa Manager

Villa Alamanda’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chauffeur

A chauffeur will provide you with the ultimate experience! A car and driver can be a great way to explore you holiday destination. Villa rates include complimentary 8 hours/day seven-seater Toyota Innova car and driver is on stand-by for up to eight hours of complimentary guest use (excluding petrol).

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Villa Alamanda is part of the Puri Tirta Villas, an enclave of five luxurious villas set in a tranquil spot of the Benoa Peninsula in the southern part of Bali. Guests could conveniently explore the mangroves and offshore islands as Villa Alamanda has a private jetty where a private speed boat and canoes could be rented out.
