Villa Alopa is a vibrantly coloured and modern designed three-bedroom villa located in the heart of Seminyak. Although the hottest restaurants and beach clubs are only a short stroll away, you may very likely not be lured away from your comfortable cosmopolitan abode as it will prove to be the relaxing holiday getaway you have been in search for.

Villa Alopa’s designers had one thing in mind – to integrate outdoor comfort with tropical living. The 400sqm property boasts beautiful open, alfresco concept areas with multiple lounge areas to choose from – spend a lazy day sipping cocktails on the sunbed, or snuggle in the big plush couches that overlook the pool while listening to some music.

Living Room

The first living area overlooks the pool and follows a contemporary, minimalist theme. It has a solid wooden tea table and fashionable art pieces filling the space – this includes a big beautiful painting hanging behind the sofa. Sink into the grey, L-shaped plush couch while reading a book (in true Audrey Hepburn style). If it gets too bright, airy white curtains can be pulled across to give the area some shade.

Sit together and snuggle in for a movie night in the other living area, making use of the satellite TV, DVD, iPod dock and Bose surround sound speakers.

Dining Room

Typical of a Balinese home setting, the dining room, breakfast bard and kitchen mesh the indoor with outdoor; the areas follow an alfresco concept, opening up towards the garden and pool area.

The breakfast bar has high stools, and is a great place to perch while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. When the dinner bell rings, pop over to the lime-washed dining table that comfortably sits six.

Garden & Pool

If you’re feeling the tropical Balinese sun beating on your back, take a dip into the charming 11-meter long swimming pool. The pool and the surrounding gardens form the centerpiece around which the villa is built. Choose to then lay on the sun beds to catch a tan or enjoy the afternoon cocktail.

The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The amenities and décor make the rooms warm and inviting, you could spend the majority of your chilling out while on holiday in here.

Master Bedroom

You are welcomed into the master bedroom through sliding wood style glass doors. The white walls and soaring pitched roof create a bright and airy atmosphere. A king sized, four-poster bed sits in the middle of the room adorned with mosquito drapes, and a colourful tapestry that falls towards your feet. Soak the views of the garden from the bed, or snuggle in to watch a movie on the 42-inch TV resting in the corner. You are assured of a comfortable night’s sleep that’s not too hot with the air conditioning and ceiling fan in the room.

The master bedroom has an enormous dressing area, and the ensuite bathroom has a stone shower alcove and standalone bathtub.

Guest Bedrooms

Walk into the guest bedrooms via a recycled ironwood staircase. Apart from the colours (blue or purple tones), the guest bedrooms are almost identical in their furnishings and set up. Both of these rooms have a large bay window with seatings built into it, so that you can take in the views of the pool and garden. These rooms have plush king-sized beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans – perfect for couples or families.

Floor length curtains cover the rooms and lead you to the ensuite bathrooms and dressing space. The bathrooms offer private showers, single sinks and WCs.

Your stay in Villa Alopa is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Alopa’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Alopa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Villa Alopa has two security guards provide 12 hours security for villa complex, from 8 pm to 8 am.

Villa Alopa is tucked into a private area in the heart of Seminyak, a few minutes away from the famous bars, shops and restaurants. It is 200m away from the beach and other beach clubs that Bali has to offer.
