There is no reason to stay in separate hotel rooms when this spacious holiday home has more than enough room for the entire wedding party, group of friends, or other large gathering to comfortably stay together in one place. Villa Alore is comprised of two 3-bedroom villas side by side where up to twelve adults can stay and play in this modern-style building which surround a tranquil green courtyard that has a sparkling 6m x 8m pool with a cabana garden bar, barbecue grill, and party gazebo.

Villa Alore Living
The dining, living, and kitchen area opens to the outside, to create an authentic sense of native islander life. The mostly-cream coloured interior compliments this look nicely, because there are subtle hints of green throughout the holiday home. Stylish modern furnishing invites you to curl up on the sofa with a good book, enjoy a family movie night together, or share fun times with friends. The kitchen has all the cutting-edge appliances you need to easily create meal after meal, and you can enjoy them in the large dining area or at the convenient breakfast bar.
Living Room
The living area has high ceilings and multiple ceiling fans that create an open and airy environment, along with plenty of natural light and transitional openings to the deck and courtyard. There is a large flatscreen TV that receives fifty international channels, advanced entertainment centre, and plenty of comfortable open seating. The walls are dotted with mixed-motif and other local paintings, while carvings and other objects adorn the tables.
Dining Room
Villa Alore has an open floorplan, so the living, dining, and food preparation areas all combine into one big flow that is ideal for large groups. Create your own meals to share with family and friends, or call upon the friendly staff to expertly handle food preparation as you savour conversation and good times around the large all-wood dining table.
Garden & Pool
The courtyard area, which is crowned by a shimmering 6m x 8m private pool, is a serene and private oasis that stands in quiet contrast with the seemingly never-ending activities on the nearby beach. You will no doubt look forward to lazy afternoons spent frolicking in the water or enjoying the tropical sun on an oversize lounger. As afternoon melts into evening, friends new and old gather around the old-school alang-alang roofed party gazebo that has a garden bar, plenty of seating, premium sound speakers, and a large barbecue grill.
Villa Alore Bedrooms
The six-bedroom Villa Alore can be combined into one huge entertainment and living space that comfortably sleeps up to twelve adults, or divided into two three-bedroom villas for a more intimate tone. Both the three bedroom villas are identical and have one master bedroom and two guest bedrooms.

Nestled in a separate traditional-style pavilion, the owner’s retreat opens to a private veranda that beckons guests to sip tea as they take in the tranquil garden view. The queen-size bed is draped with a mosquito net for an authentic island-style night’s sleep. To help you drift off, there is a TV and DVD player to enjoy movies and shows in a cosy and private setting. The large dressing area has a convenient yet secure safety deposit box, and the ensuite bathroom has both an open-air tropical rain shower and a free-standing Terrazzo bathtub.

Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Villa Alore is on a quiet street near Seminyak’s centre, so it is very close to Bali’s most upscale and trendy area that boasts plenty of art galleries, casual cafés, and sumptuous dining venues. Take some time to explore the famous Oberoi Eat Street, high-energy nightclubs, and the stunning Double Six Beach with all its fun activities. All these things and more, are within easy walking distance from your vacation home.

“Great Villa, Great Location & Great Service with a Smile”
We were a group of 16 (10 adults and 6 kids) stayed at Villa Alore for 8 days and it was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were very generous in size and the staff came to clean it everyday. Every room came with attached bath rooms and the main common area was big and great for get-together for meals, games and for couple of drinks with families and friends. We had two pools and they were big and clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The whole Villa was clean, tidy and very well maintained.
The staff were absolute delight and always there to help you and guide you. We didn’t book any tours before we went but the staff helped us organised tours, drivers and vehicles. We didn’t have any problems and they were all very trust worthy. The staff were very accommodating to different types of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Note the cooked breakfast was part of the deal but they were happy to cook lunch and dinner as long as you pay for the cost.
The villa is situated about 5 minutes walk from the Semniyak main road. It was easy and safe to walk. The beach was about 10-15 minutes walk away. There was no shortage or limitations when it comes to accessing beach activities, restaurants, sports bars, clothing shops, massage spas (legit ones), taxis, pharmacies, grocery stores etc.
I would highly recommend Villa Alore to anyone and we would most likely stay there again when we go again. It is especially perfect for families with kids.

Massive space! Which is gray for groups.. Great cooked breakfast every morn and sweet location right near Bintang supermarket.. close enough to Seminyak yet still in a nice quiet spot.. went for a boys reunion and would definitely recommend villa alone and would book it again tomorrow.

“Perfect for a Large Group”
The location is great very close to Bintang Supermarket and all that Seminyak has on offer. We rented both Villas as we had a group of 12 and it was fantastic. Staff were also fantastic especially Ketut, who nothing was too much bother!

“Incredible value!”
Villa Alore ticks all the boxes for a sweet villa holiday. It has the big pool, the main open living/dining area, a bar(!), AND it can be attached the villa next door if you have a large crew! The staff were lovely and welcomed us in and gave us advice on where to eat down the road at the famous Bintang supermarket. It is hidden down some of the gangs in the back of Seminyak so was nice and quiet (once you found it!) and you had the lovely local feel as you walked past the smiles from the shops in the houses on the way to the main strip.
For those first-timers to Bali or first-timers to villas, you understand that your money can go so much further when you gather a few friends/family together or you see a sale price and then you get your own private holiday resort like Villa Alore!

Villa Alore benefits from its location – it sits only a few minutes walk to Bintang supermarket and the stretch of boutique shops in Seminyak.
The villa is basic and has all the necessities that you need. A private pool, simple kitchen and rooms. We stayed in one of the master bedrooms – it has a king size four poster bed and ample cabinet space.
The bathroom is partially outdoor, the showers are under the moonlit sky while the WC and basins are under a roof. This may not be the cup of tea for some.
Villa Alore will be ideal for big groups who are looking for ample space in a good location.
