Villa Alu Empat, a 2-bedroom abode, is one of the modern villa offerings in our bouquet. Situated in the heart of all the action in Petitenget, this ultra cool space is perfect for your next holiday. The open floor design instantly brings on a sense of rejuvenation you as you walk through this spacious serenade. A private pool, beautiful garden and chic living spaces provide the right ambiance to accentuate your relaxation time.

As you step into this private sanctuary, you can’t help but feel the serenity of its space. The high ceiling coupled with no doors in the living, dining and kitchen area, provides for a spacious living atmosphere. Living Room

The living area with its abundant light and breeze is easily the best place to hangout in the villa. It is flanked by the swimming pool, dining area and the kitchen. So everything you need is right there when you enter the house after a hectic day out in the city. The lime green couches add a touch of freshness to the space while complementing the little garden along the swimming pool. Unwind here after a day out with a nice cocktail in hand and some chitchat.

Dining Room

Placed just adjacent to the living room, the dining area is equipped with modern furniture and the table can seat four. It has a calming view of the pool as well as the kitchen. The open-air feel and comfortable seating promises a perfect meal experience. Make it a little special by starting with some cocktails by the pool, then stroll over to the dining area for scrumptious local delicacies and finally ending your dinner with a walk around the garden.

Garden & Pool

Definitely a highlight of the villa, the outdoor area consists of a beautiful swimming pool lined with a quaint, tropical garden. Fully equipped with lounging chairs, the pool is really the center of the villa. Bathe in the sun or just have a relaxing swim, Villa Alu Empat’s outdoors will keep you coming back for more every time.

The villa houses two bedrooms that can accommodate four adults. Both bedrooms include king size beds, private bathrooms, LCD TVs and air conditioning. Consistent with the décor of the villa, the bedrooms are contemporary and lavish. A built-in wardrobe and ensuite, semi-outdoor bathroom adds to the plush feel of the room. The terraces on each of the bedrooms overlook the swimming pool and garden area.

Villa Manager

Villa Alu Empat ’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Villa Alu Empat is located in Petitengent, in a quiet lane that is away from the crowds. It is a walking distance from everything hip and happening, and its location ensures that you experience all the excitement Bali has to offer. Feel like you need some sun and sand at the beach? Petitenget beach is just 200 metres away. Thinking of going bar hopping? No problem, there’s Hu’u Bar, Potato Head Beach Club, Woo Bar within a 15 minute walk. If you’re thinking of heading to Seminyak, then hop into a taxi and you’ll be there in no time!
