Villa Amaya consists of a large indoor living and outdoor area that are far the most prominent feature of the villa. Please feel free to explore all the areas.
Living Room
Villa Amaya’s spectacular feature is the enormous indoor and outdoor living area. The living and dining areas are massive with huge sofas, a flat screen TV
Dining Room
Villa Amaya has a 12-seater dining table. Guests can also experiment with their culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen with a cook top, fridge, oven and cutlery.
Media Room
Villa Amaya also has a state-of-art media room with flat screen TV, DVD player and a library with DVD, CD, games and book collection.
Garden & Pool
The villa’s tropical salt water pool is a refreshing relief from Bali’s hot weather. The pool is suitable for adults and children with a deep and shallow end. A pool fence is available on request. The free flowing design of the pool forms an attractive centrepiece in the lush tropical gardens of the villa. The pool deck also has plenty of relaxing sun beds to lay back and soak up the sun.
Villa Amaya Bedrooms
Villa Amaya has seven bedrooms, making this villa ideal for big groups and families. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed. Of the six guest bedrooms, one has a queen-sized bed and five have Hollywood twin beds – these can be set up as a queen or two single beds as needed. There are five bedrooms in the main house – four on the ground floor and one upstairs. Two further rooms are located in standalone garden bungalows.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the main building. This spacious room features a king-sized bed and a seating area with a flatscreen TV. The semi open-plan bathroom features a shower.

Villa Amaya is fully staffed & trained by a professional team with extensive local knowledge so you can rest assured knowing you will be spending your days off from exploring the sights & hustle and bustle in a relaxing & peaceful environment.
Villa Manager
Villa manager, Kadek not only greets you upon arrival at the villa but makes a point of introducing you to all the staff. On call or at the villa during the day, the amiable and easy-going Kadek is flexible according to guests’ needs and schedule. She also acts as the chef and can help information about the local area, answering anything from where to buy the finest wines to what’s the ‘in’ new place in Seminyak.
Housekeeping
The villa housekeepers, are in charge of general housekeeping, assisting chef in the kitchen and other household duties. Gardener Ketut is in charge of keeping the lovely gardens in immaculate condition as well as having the ability to help assist you with orgainsing your holiday needs, he is very handy addition to the team.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
Kadek has years of villa experience, having just been the main chef for a health and fitness retreat, she is a more-than-proficient chef, skilled at cooking a broad array of western and Indonesian dishes. Take advantage of Kadek and her ability to create fantastic feasts for the whole group to enjoy.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

With a large outdoor area and sumptuous gardens, Villa Amaya is a perfect venue for weddings and other celebrations.
The event organiser should coordinate the event and any arrangements required. Ministry of Villas can recommend expert event organisers, florists, decorators and caterers so you can focus on relaxing and celebrating with your guests.

Location
Villa Amaya is nestled in a a lane at Jalan 66 in Legian. The area is known for great shopping boutiques, spas, restaurants and beach side bars. There are some amazing options to explore the night life of Bali like LV8, Cocoon Beach club and more. Seminyak is a short 10 minute drive from the villa.
