Villa Amita Nusa Dua is a grand tropical estate built amid lush gardens and spread over three levels, offering a luxurious take on island life in the serene region of Nusa Dua in the southern tip of Bali island. This sprawling property is ideal for large groups and families, with five bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests with ease. Not only that, the villa also offers lavish room for entertaining with three swimming pools (including a wading pool for the kiddos) and generous living areas gazing out to the ocean over treetops. The villa is located just moments from the beautiful Pandawa Beach.

Villa Amita Nusa Dua offers a luxurious modern take on Balinese living, with a contemporary take on tropical architecture and design. The villa is graciously spread over three levels with this grandiose layout matched by the villa’s three swimming pools.

Living Room

The villa welcomes you in with a beautiful fountain, followed by a 35-metre hall lined with art sourced from across the Indonesian archipelago. The formal living room is air-conditioned and fitted with contemporary furniture, with white sofas piled high with an assortment of pillows and surrounded by a selection of books, curios and modern art. This 20-metre wide space also incorporates the villa’s dining area – but this is by no means the only communal space in the villa. There’s also a fun TV room styled with pop art prints and equipped with cable TV, a collection of DVDs and a PlayStation 3 console to keep the young ones entertained. The final flourish is the studio space hidden above the master bedroom. This unique space offers a lazy daybed, vast collection of books, an elliptical trainer and a large balcony with a telescope perfect for dreamy stargazing.

Dining Room

True to the villa’s grand layout, the property offers three distinct dining areas to choose from. The indoor dining room is a fluid extension of the living room, with a long dining table seating 12 guests under exotic modern lanterns. The other two dining areas are to be found outdoors, one by the pool and the other in the lower garden. The indoor dining area is adjoined by the villa’s kitchen which is the exclusive domain of the villa’s chef.

Garden

The villa is framed by beautifully landscaped Balinese gardens dotted with water features, frangipani trees and the villa’s own temple. Guests have three swimming pools to choose from. The main pool is huge at 25-metres long, with the master suite adjoined by an intimate plunge pool. The villa also pampers kids with their very own paddling pool on the lower garden level. The main pool is framed by sun loungers and an open-plan bale which works as a relaxed alfresco living and dining area.

Villa Amita Nusa Dua has five bedrooms – one master bedroom and four guest bedrooms named after exotic flowers. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, two rooms have queen-sized beds and one room has twin beds. Two bedrooms also have day beds, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 12 guests.

Villa Amita Nusa Dua is a five-bedroom villa that’s built over three levels. The main floor houses the living and dining areas and three bedrooms. This level also houses two swimming pools: a 25 x 7 metre main pool and a 7 x 5 metre pool adjoining the master suite. The lower garden level houses two more bedrooms along with a 3 x 4 metre wading pool. The top floor houses a studio and terrace space.

Villa Manager

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements. Only the villa staff is permitted to use the kitchen facilities and all food must be purchased and prepared by the chef.

Villa Amita Nusa Dua is located in the village of Kutuh serene region of Ungasan in the southern tip of Bali island. The villa is nestled in a community of villas built over beautiful Pandawa Beach which you can reach in a short drive (or a very steep walk!) The beach area offers a few casual dining options, with fine dining options available at luxury resorts built over clifftops in the surrounding region. The iconic Uluwatu Temple and famous surf breaks of Padang Padang are about 30 minutes from the villa.
