The living area is furnished with a huge flat screen television with international channels and state-of-the-art sound system. The living and dining areas are secured with sliding doors to prevent children from using the pool unattended.
Dining Room
The dining area is elegantly furnished with an exquisite dining table and chairs. The adjoining kitchen is fully-equipped with modern cooking conveniences such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove, coffee maker, juicer and water dispenser. The kitchen also has sufficient cutlery, china and glassware for use of the guests.

The mesmerizing infinity pool sits at the heart of Villa An Tan embraced by lush manicured gardens.
Between the master guest house and the main building sits the barbeque kitchen and bar where guests could easily have a fun barbeque party. Guests may also relax at the cushioned daybed under a gazebo at the other side of the pool.

Villa Manager
Villa An Tan’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Villa An Tan provides 24 hours security.

- Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival

wonderful villa with great staff. we were a group of 7 adults and 2 children and this was the perfect set up for us. Had a great pool fence already installed upon arrival and plenty of room for the kids to run around. Staff prepared great meals on a couple of nights for us as well. great location – 10 minutes walk from the main drag of Seminyak but a quiet location and only 2 minutes to Seminyak street with lots of food and shopping options as well. Would highly recommend staying here.
