Villa Asi Living
Villa Asi exudes a sleek modern elegance throughout, with rooms largely rendered in white. Besides luminous white, the villa is dominated by the aqua blue sparkle of the two pools and the lush green vistas which stretch out towards the clear blue sea.
Living Room
The living areas are built to the split-level villa’s top level, effortlessly adjoining one of the villa’s two swimming pools. This light-filled space features beautifully curated interiors mixing modern elements with bohemian details. Two white sofas have been arranged around a coffee table, with a large flatscreen TV providing entertainment for the whole group. The living room is lined with glass doors which can be fully enclosed when you want to enjoy the AC.
Dining Room
The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room, with a long dining table comfortably seating all 12 guests staying in the villa. The dining area is lit up by a stunning beaded light fixture suspended from the high ceiling, lending the space a contemporary bohemian feel. The dining area extends to a modern open-plan kitchen. When you prefer to dine alfresco, you’ll find a beautiful outdoor dining area waiting outside by the pool.
Garden
One of the most striking features of this stunning villa are the two swimming pools located on split levels. The upper level pool is larger in size and also includes a shallow section that’s great for kids. This pool is adjoined by an elegant sunken lounge area. One level below, you’ll discover the second swimming pool flanked by four sun beds and two parasols. From this pool area, stairs lead down to a lawn that’s ideal for some fun and play.

Villa Asi has six bedrooms, each one furnished with a king-sized bed and adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. Each bedrooms includes a furnished balcony perfect for drinking in the scenery and also comes with a walk-in closet, seating area and a smart TV for entertainment.

Villa Asi Layout
Villa Asi is a six-bedroom villa that’s built over three split levels. The top level houses the living and dining areas, two bedrooms and one swimming pool. On a level below, you’ll find another swimming pool and three more bedrooms divided into two pavilions. The sixth bedroom is located one level below in a standalone pavilion.
Villa Asi Staff
Your stay in Villa Asi is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Asi’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Asi’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Absolutely brilliant and worth every penny. Excellent layout, gorgeous views and amazing hospitality staff (1 concierge, 1 chef and 2 support staff).
On top of a hill and not too far away from town center (15-20 mins drive). Very suitable for extended family of 10-12pax with 6 rooms in total, 2 private pools, 1 gymnasium etc.

I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how amazing our stay at Villa Asi was. First off, the pictures of the Villa you see on the internet barely do it justice. It’s gorgeous inside and out and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Immaculately clean and cozy. Yet even better is the house staff. I’ve never met a more friendly and accommodating group of people and they will become like family during your stay. The house manager satisfied our every request and the chef kept us extremely well fed. Thai food will never be the same for me again.
My recommendation for people looking to stay is to book directly with Pavana Villas. You will see the villa show up on many websites but always best to cut out the middle man and go directly to the source. They are extremely helpful and communicative and will ensure that everything leading up to your arrival goes smoothly, including pre-stocking the house with food and booze or even finding you a bartender.

I stayed at villa Asi with my husband and daughter. Villa Asi exceeded expectations, the villas design is stunning, such a peaceful beautiful location on the island only a short drive into Chaweng where there are plenty of restaurants, shopping etc.
Although I doubt you will want to leave, this villa is heaven on earth. The villa organised a chef so we choose not to leave, the food was delicious, all staff were attentive without being intrusive.
I’ll definitely stay again, maybe with friends next time as each bedroom has been well designed with en-suite and privacy.
The main house is open planned and It’s such a beautiful relaxing space.
Special mention to the outdoor bath, an absolute treat. We also enjoyed the sunken Sala by the main pool, great to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.

We were four pairs of friends + 2 children. We wanted a place that would give each family privacy on the one hand and enjoy the unity of all of us in a quiet way. The hotels did not give us this intimate experience so we looked for villas.
Villa Asi gave us a perfect fit for what we wanted. The villa is brand new and very luxurious. Each unit of the suites enjoys privacy, space and comfort for every family, and the meeting in the villa in the main parts: in the living room, in the dining area, the garden, in the pool it is simply magnificent and at the highest levels. The view of the bay is breathtaking and the feeling of being cut off from the hustle and bustle in a private paradise and a very short distance from all the amazing action and beaches, it is just perfect.
To our great surprise, the price was very comfortable compared to four rooms in every good hotel or other villa. The staff are great, the food is superb and just a perfect experience !! Highly recommended!!

Everything worked like clockwork ! I was arriving withb my family in 5 different planes on the same day and the pick up was flawless. About 45 minutes after leaving the airport we arrived at the villa where part of the family had already been made welcome. Arrival is a bit of a dissapointment as the villa is sorrounded by other villas. But once you open the street gate…WOW !! This place is a little gem and we would return in a heartbeat

We stayed 6 nights at Villa Pavana and could have stayed another 6 weeks! The villa itself is amazing. modern and spacious. We chose not to venture too far as we all just wanted to relax and do nothing. Having the villa staffed really helped. Nice, Jang, Da and Nui made our holiday complete. We advise Nice each day our lunch and dinner requirements and Da, our wonderful chef produced fabulous meals. The kids all did a cooking class with her, with much laughter in the kitchen! This place is a little gem and we would return in a heartbeat.
